I am truly amazed and encouraged to find a company that has such respect for their customers. I called customer support to arrange the return of the wall mounting bracket I purchased along with my TV. (It turned out that, because of the design of the room, a wall mount would be impossible to install properly and securely.) I was ready for a long, drawn-out returns process but was relieved that it was nothing of the sort. The Customer Support representative quickly and efficiently arranged my return, answered all of my questions (no matter how strange!), and I received my reimbursement almost immediately following the return. Remarkable customer service!
