I bought a car CD stereo for my wife's birthday. I knew that I would purchase it from Crutchfield. I searched crutchfield.com for the head unit, but decided to call instead of ordering it online, mostly because I have had nothing but positive experiences with ordering on the phone with Crutchfield. The phone order took less than 5 minutes and my Sales Advisor was very helpful and fun to talk to.
I hooked up the stereo using the free installation guides without any problem. These
guides are very straightforward and very easy to understand. I did end up having
one question and I called tech support. The Tech Advisor I talked to was very helpful
and understood right away why I had my question and answered it. It was like having
him in the car with me helping to install the stereo. Since I had him on the phone,
I quickly verified all of the hookups that I had done and he confirmed for me that
everything sounded good.
I'd highly recommend Crutchfield to anyone for their customer and tech support staff, as well as the selection of equipment that's available. It's important in today's business to support your customers, and Crutchfield exemplifies that perfectly.
