"I can't quite express my happiness in shopping with you guys..."

....especially when I've been waiting 9 months to buy my dream TV. When I finally was financially prepared to do it, I went to the local Best Buy only to find that they didn't have it in stock but that they could order it. When it comes to order anything thru mail, there's just no other option but Crutchfield.

Even though I speak perfect English and Spanish, I prefer the support and service in English since most companies out there don't really speak my language. But not with Crutchfield; I am 150% confident I can call Crutchfield, both in English and Spanish, and know that I will get the same exact professionalism and service. Moreover, your Spanish speaking representatives (Enzo, and two other representatives I forgot their names) didn't make me feel like a customer. They made me feel like a "buddy" who is giving advice in my own language on what would and wouldn't work, especially when my bank was giving issues about my credit card purchase. They sounded so familiar it made me realize I could be confident everything was going to be fine. I'm very picky and skeptical; I've been around buying technology for a lot of years if I can say all of this about Crutchfield, is got to be true.
