When I received my radio from Crutchfield and read the instructions, they were easy to read and easy to understand. I decided to try it out. I had to call technical support twice just to make sure I was on the right track and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I successfully installed my radio and I am loving it! I am so proud of myself. It's not everyday that a woman installs her own car radio. LOL Thank you Crutchfield. I will and have definitely recommended my friends to you.
