Most items may be returned for any reason, opened or unopened, within 30 days (60 days for items purchased from the Crutchfield Signature store), for an exchange or refund for the full amount of the merchandise. Shipping is not refunded. Refunds are issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.

Just make sure the product is in like-new condition, pack it all (remote, manual, etc.) securely in the original packaging, and call us for a return authorization number. To qualify for a full refund, Alpine IMPRINT™ software, Nikon photo-editing software, video games, video game consoles, and some video game accessories must be returned unopened (that is, they can be removed from the shipping material, but the original manufacturer's packaging must remain intact). There is a rental option for the Alpine IMPRINT™ software that involves a $50 restocking fee.
