Product Research

Features

Overview: The On-Q/Legrand lyriQ Four Source, Eight Zone Distribution Module (AU1002) provides the central connection to which all other parts of an On-Q lyriQ multi-source audio system connect. It can receive output from up to four audio sources (via lyriQ Triple and Single Source Input units) over Cat 5e cable, and distributes the audio to amplifier volume controls in various zones throughout your home.

Connections: All components of a lyriQ Multi-Source Audio System are wired centrally from this Four Source, Eight Zone Distribution Module. In addition to providing a central point of connection, the AU1002 distributes the necessary voltage to power the system (one power supply per each four zone group, P/N F7723 sold separately). The lyriQ Triple-Source and Single-source Inputs and lyriQ Keypad Volume Controls (all sold separately) connect directly the module utilizing RJ-45 connections. The system can support expansion by "daisy chaining" lyriQ Sing Source, Four Zone Distribution Module, to any of the eight outputs. The AU1002 features an IR RJ-45 jack that can be used to both receive and transmit IR signals and has its own LED for activity status. The Intercom RJ-45 jack is used to connect to the On-Q Intercom System via the Audio Interrupt Module (P/N ICAIV2x, sold separately), which is used to mute your lyriQ Audio System while someone is using the Intercom System.

Mounting: The On-Q/Legrand AU1002 come supplied with a mounting plate for mounting within an On-Q style structured wiring enclosure.
