About the Car Show PP1013 Video Cable
Use the video screen on your Car Show navigation receiver for more than just maps. The PP1013 cable lets you watch your iPod's video content on the receiver's screen when parked, or lets you send videos to optional rear screens to entertain the family when you're driving. And it'll charge your device while it's connected, too.
One end of the cable plugs into inputs on the rear of the Car Show receiver, and you can route the other end to a convenient location, like your console or glove box, then plug in your iPod there. The iPod nano (7th gen), iPod touch (5th gen), and iPhone 5 will require the Apple Lightning to 30-pin adapter (sold separately). Warranty: 1 year.
What's in the box:
- 69" iPod/Video-In cable (with an Apple 30-pin dock connector on one end and a proprietary/USB/RCA connector on other end)

It is a nicely made cable, however you do need to remember to plug the USB connector into the USB on the back of the CarShow UN1170 unit otherwise the HU will not see the iPod. Tested it with a couple of 6th gen Nano's running 1.2 and a 4th gen Touch running 6.1 with no issues.
