I was born in Buffalo, NY, but I've spent the majority of my life in central and northern Virginia. I began my collegiate career at Virginia Tech, but completed my education with a degree in teaching from Radford University. In 1997, I began my Crutchfield life as a Sales Advisor. My father had been a satisfied Crutchfield customer since the '80s, and when I saw the job opening, I knew this could be a good thing. I've been an avid fan of movies and music for years, and my partnership with Crutchfield only takes that to the next level. In 2013, the Crutchfield creative staff grew tired of the corrections and suggestions I always threw their way, so they decided to give me a position as a copywriter for the mobile electronics division.
When I'm not dealing with these corrections and suggestions, I enjoy watching and playing ice hockey. Cooking intrigues me, although cleaning up after does not. Movies, music, and art take me away. Crime and forensic shows bring me back. History makes me pause. My interest in electronics stems from my fond memories of making mix tapes from vinyl, radio, and the newest format at the time, the compact disc.
