SIRIUS Satellite Radio does not officially market and sell subscription service in the State of Alaska, due to limited satellite coverage. At times, you may experience less than perfect reception in some areas.

Please be aware that the following issues may occur:

1. There is no guaranteed minimum number of reception hours per 24 hour period.
   
   
2. There is no guarantee that a customer account can be set up and subscription accepted with only an Alaska address.
   
   
3. When an account is set up and subscription service begins, the account and service can be discontinued at any time and without notice due to reception limitations.
