Most orders placed on our web site by 5 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 5 on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. With 95% of the items we sell on hand, we're ready to ship most gear when you order.
Standard shipping
See the chart below for delivery times and costs for standard shipments to any of the 50 U.S. states or Puerto Rico. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address for faster delivery.

APO/FPO addresses and other U.S. territories
Most orders are delivered to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico via Priority Mail for our standard shipping rates. Allow extra time for delivery.
Special shipping for large items and items shipped from the manufacturer
Large or heavy items, including most TVs, require special shipping. See the chart below for delivery times and prices. Special shipping includes one of the following services, as detailed on individual product pages:
- Scheduled delivery to your door* — Delivery to the door of your house or apartment.
- White Glove in-home delivery — With select TVs, you can upgrade to "White Glove" in-home delivery upgrade for an extra $99. The professional delivery crew will carry your TV into any accessible room of your home and place it on
your table or A/V furniture. If you'd like, they'll even remove the packaging. A representative from our shipping partner will call you to set up an appointment for delivery, at your convenience.
(Please be sure your furniture is assembled and ready in advance. The delivery crew is not responsible for placing the TV inside an enclosed cabinet or on surfaces higher than 4 feet.)
Some flat-panel TVs include a pedestal stand that requires assembly by the customer — the delivery crew is not responsible for assembly. Please check dimensions before you order to be sure your
TV will fit through doors and around corners in your home.
Allow extra time for items that are:
- Shipped directly from the manufacturer (such as furniture and some loudspeakers). See product presentations for more information.
- Shipped to remote addresses. Delivery available to some areas of Alaska and Hawaii for $99 per item — call 1-888-955-6000 for more details.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders. Extra charges may apply to items that must be carried up more than 5 flights of stairs. Call us for delivery information on specific models. Merchandise amount thresholds for shipping prices apply to the cost of items after any special discounts have been applied and exclusive of any tax. These offers may end at any time. Exclusions may apply to some orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Outlet Store items, video games, video game consoles, and some video game accessories do not qualify for free shipping.
