About the Infinity ERS 110II
Experience rich, detailed Infinity sound without crowding your room with bulky speakers. The ERS 110II, sold individually, installs directly in your wall or ceiling its flush-mount design and paintable grille makes it virtually disappear into your room. And Infinity has outfitted this clever speaker with advanced technologies, so you don't have to sacrifice performance for the convenience of invisible speakers.
The ERS 110II features a 6-1/2" woofer and 3/4" tweeter, both made of an exclusive Infinity driver material known as C.M.M.D.. Stiff yet responsive, C.M.M.D. offers warm, resonance-free performance across the entire audio spectrum. It's the same material used on Infinity's flagship Prelude loudspeakers, costing thousands of dollars a pair. Plus, the ERS 110II includes a proprietary waveguide design that helps disperse sound evenly throughout your room.
The circular design of the ERS 110II makes it a popular choice for ceiling placement, but it's great for in-wall use, too. This stealth speaker is ideal for clutter-free multi-room audio, and also does a great job in an invisible home theater setup. Piece together your own voice-matched in-wall speaker system using Infinity's high-performance ERS speaker line.
The ERS 110II is designed for easy installation. It features mounting clamps that swing out and securely grip your ceiling from the inside. An optional in-ceiling bracket is recommended for installing the ERS 110II in a new home under construction (or in a room that's undergoing major renovation).

Features
Ceramic Metal Matrix Diaphragm (C.M.M.D.): Infinity's C.M.M.D. technology delivers accurate performance with dramatically reduced distortion for incredibly lifelike sound. Additionally, the C.M.M.D. drivers can withstand extreme temperatures, moisture, humidity and sunlight.
Woofer: The 6-1/2" C.M.M.D. cone woofer virtually eliminates coloration due to cone flexing, resulting in less distortion and superior accuracy. For a smoother response and improved durability, the woofer uses a rubber surround.
Tweeter: The speaker has a 3/4" C.M.M.D. dome tweeter that offers superior stiffness and damping compared to traditional metal domes.
Waveguide Design: The ERS 110 incorporates a proprietary waveguide design to ensure smooth distribution of sound throughout the listening area.
Mounting Options
Installation: The round shape and flush-design allows the ERS 110 to mimic the look of a recessed lighting fixture. The speaker requires a cutout of 7.799" and a depth of 3.344" (including the thickness of the drywall). The speaker frame has a diameter of 9.254". Once the hole is cut, the speaker can be dropped in and the locking tabs can be tightened, allowing you to secure the speaker to the drywall without any extra assembly.
Note: For new construction, you will need to purchase the optional IW6R RIF rough-in-frame kit (item 108IW6RRIF, package of two brackets is item 108110RIF).
Paintable: The grille and flange can be painted, allowing this speaker to match any decor.
