About the Sennheiser HD7 DJ
Improving a club classic
Improving a club classic
Sennheiser's HD 25 headphones have graced the ears of DJs in many a club over the years. But because they weren't made specifically for DJ use, their design was ripe for improvement. Enter the HD7 DJ, based on the HD 25 with significant improvements to benefit working DJs. The larger, around-the-ear design offers superior noise isolation, for easier monitoring in loud environments. Each of the earcups can swivel for single-ear listening. Thick padding on the earcups and headband make these fit like a glove and feel comfortable deep into the night. The sound is every bit as powerful as the HD 25, making the HD7 DJ the complete package DJs have been craving.
Powerful sound and a comfortable, noise-isolating design make the HD7 DJ headphones an instant club classic.
The DJ sound
DJ headphones benefit from a particular sound signature, which the HD7 DJ headphones deliver with power and punch. Powerful bass response and lots of high-frequency detail allow the music in the headphones to cut through the background noise of the club. These headphones also get plenty loud enough to make sure you can hear your monitor track. However, with the HD7 DJ's passive noise attenuation capability, you won't have to crank up the music to ear-damaging levels.
Includes two extra-long cables
Choose from straight and coiled cables when connecting the HD7 to your DJ rig, mixing board, or headphone amp. Each cable extends to an extra-long 118 inches and can be plugged into either the left or right earcup. This gives you increased setup flexibility while you spin, so you can move easily between turntables and record crates. Also included are a rugged carrying case and an extra set of earpads, just in case you wear out the first pair.
