How do I place an order?
You have several options on how you can place your order.
  • Place your order over the phone with one of our helpful support specialists at 888-292-2591 or 434-817-1000 ext 8302.
  • Fill out our secure online order form at www.crutchfield.com. Any information that does not fit on our order form can be placed in messages at the end of the check-out process. See How do I use the online order form?.
  • Fax us your order at 800-388-9756 or 434-817-1010. We prefer you fax us your credit card information rather than send it via e-mail since e-mail is not a very secure form of transmitting information.
  • Mail in your order with a certified check or money order in U.S. dollars by printing out our online order form at www.crutchfield.com. The orders may be sent to the following address:

How long will it take to process my order?
It may take up to seven days to process a credit card order when using a credit card billed or issued outside the U.S. Please keep that in mind as you are placing the order. Mail-in orders are processed upon receipt. Western Union orders are processed once the funds are received.

How do I use the online order form?
Our online order form is not equipped to accept long addresses, international phone numbers, or other foreign information since our areas of distribution and delivery are limited to the U.S. On the third and final page of the online order form, you'll see this link: "If you have a foreign billed credit card, click here." Use this location to provide your complete billing information for a foreign billed credit card, including: your full name, address, phone number, bank name and bank phone number. It is very important that you provide this address and phone information by entering it in the box that says, "If you have a foreign billed credit card, click here."

How do I pay for an order?
We have several payment options for our international customers who are shipping to a location in the United States. You can pay by most major credit cards, debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, Western Union Quick Collect, or money order.
  • Crutchfield has the capability to accept foreign billed or issued credit cards as long as certain criteria are met. You must be shipping to a location in the United States and provide us with any required information. These orders are subject to additional processing. We need to be able to verify the U.S. recipient. Please call, fax, or use our secure on line order form (see How do I place an order) for transmittal of credit card information. We do not suggest using e-mail as it is not a secure method of transmitting data.
  • Transfer funds using the speedy Western Union Quick Collect in U.S. dollars (also called Quick Pay in some locations). E-mail us your order with the U.S. shipping name, address, and phone number to international@crutchfield.com. You will need to place your order with us first so that we can provide you with the required information needed to fill out the Quick Collect form. Remember that there is an additional fee when using this service and it varies from country to country. It is $12.95 USD if you are paying from a location in the United States.
  • Mail us a money order or certified check in U.S. dollars to:

    Certified check or money order must be signed and made out to Crutchfield. We cannot accept money orders with white-outs or alternations of the amount or payee.
Do you offer financing?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer financing to customers outside the United States at this time.

Do you accept PayPal?
We accept US PayPal accounts at this time. Please see How do I pay for an order? for the other payment options available to you.

Do up accept wire transfers?
No, unfortunately we are unable to accept wire transfers. Please see How do I pay for an order? for the other payment options available to you.

Do you offer COD/layaway?
We do not offer COD/layaway. Please see How do I pay for an order? for the other payment options available to you.

Can I use a debit card and will it be charged immediately?
You can use a debit card as long as it has the Visa or Mastercard logo on it. The bank will then hold the money until the order is processed.

I cancelled my order but my bank says that you already charged my credit card. What is going on?
When you place an order with us your account is automatically authorized for the amount of the order. This is only an authorization not an actual charge. Your account is never charged until the item actually ships. Banks sometimes will hold an authorization for several days. Please contact your financial institution to verify what their specific policy is with regards to an unused authorization.
