How do I return something?
You will need to call us to setup a return because we need to provide you with the return authorization number (RA #) and availability of a return label if not included with your delivery. Once you have this number you can simply attach the label to the box and drop it off at any U.S. UPS location. Please remember that these labels are only valid within our areas of distribution and will not work internationally. We are not responsible for charges incurred for duties or return shipping outside our areas of distribution.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Most packages can be returned using an Authorized Return Shipping (ARS) label that we can send you. A charge of $7 per ARS label will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. However, some items, like larger TVs, stands and tower speakers require special freight shipping, and cost more to return. Larger TVs carry a $100 return freight fee. Larger tower speakers carry a $50 return freight fee. For more details, please call 1-888-292-2591 (toll free in the US) or via our toll line at 434-817-1000 ext. 8302. This line is available Monday through Friday, 9am – 10pm, and Saturday 10am – 7pm (Eastern).
Do I have to pay taxes/duties on returns from outside the U.S.?
For items purchased from our U.S. business, it is possible that you will have to pay taxes and duties on items returned from outside the U.S. Please remember that if you are in Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories that you will be responsible for local duties. Check with your local government office for details and rates.
