The app doesn't work! You fill out everything and then they send you the link to your email, you click on the "Verify Account" and it says... Link unavailable due to suspicious activity. How can it be suspicious if we are following your instructions????

Chris, the Alpine TuneIt app is meant for use with your mobile device. You'll have better luck downloading from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store to your smartphone. If you have any trouble, contact Alpine with questions.

It wont let you create an account. Been trying for 2 weeks. Still works as a sound control but you cant upload or download other tunings.

I had the same issue with the app. I emailed alpine and they had to manually add me and create a password for me. They are aware of the issue but do not have an eta on when it will be resolved. Once alpine got me added I was good to go so my advice is to email them.

Thanks, Kyle and Ken. We're looking into this on our end as well and will post an update as soon as we have one.

This still seems to be broken..... Any fixes?

Jacob, Alpine is aware of the issue and working to fix it. In the meantime, call Alpine's Tech Support at (800) TECH-101 (1-800-832-4101). They will be able to set up a TuneIt account for you. Once a Tech advisor sets up the account, you should have no trouble using it.

Works OK, constant communication issues. What are the"points" all about?

Brian, a crossover point is the frequency at which the level of the output signal has been reduced by 3 dB, half its power level. As you use the TuneIt app and tune your system, you may find these articles useful.

With this app can you basically use it as an external/more traditional EQ? Currently have a ClarionCZ305 and hate the lack of adjustability.

Scott, that's right! Alpine's TuneIt app opens up a lot more possibilities for tweaking your sound.
