Q
Does this fit a 9inch touch screen radio?
jackie  May 15, 2022
1 answer
A
There are some radios that have a 9" touch screen that can be mounted in place using this kit. I recommend contacting an advisor by calling 1-800-324-9695 to get a personal recommendation on one

Q
Will this fit a 7â?? pioneer double din radio?
scoob  Nov 02, 2020

A
This kit will work with Pioneer double din radios. The other part that must be checked is the available mounting depth in the dash of vehicle its going into. I recommend contacting an advisor by calling 1-800-324-9695 to get a check on your vehicle and Pioneer radio model

Q
Does this include screws for the mounting bracket?

A
Actually, my 926 dash kit (for use on 2013 Forester) came with a package of eight (8) coarse thread screws. They worked ok, but not as well as the fine thread machine screws that came with my new Kenwood receiver. I did not bother to re-use the screws from the factory radio. But when I aligned the 926 plastic side panels, only three threaded screw holes were fully available. This result was similar to an online video I saw where someone using a Metra Subaru dash kit on a Pioneer - only three screw holes available. Finally, the 926 plastic side panels I rec'd had these wings/ handles that I had to cut/break off before installation.

Most manufactures have strayed away from providing screws and leaned more towards being as skimpy as they can because car audio isn't sleeping like it use to die to the fact most newer cars have everything. They are cutting costs
jason  Jul 03, 2017
A
No, you'll use the screws either from your headunit or that were previously used with the stock radio.

Q
will this be useful for a pioneer avh-x3600bhs on a 2014 subaru STI?
moreno_sti  Dec 09, 2014
1 answer
A
You will want to contact an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat to discuss compatibility with your factory system. They will be able to pull up your vehicle and see if this will integrate. If it does not, then they will also be able to discuss other options with you.
