We bought the Bose Lifestyle 38 about a year ago, and it has been great, as well as easy to operate.
The system was easy to install and has great sound in all conditions!!
We recently added outdoor speakers and we had a problem with getting them to work. It turned out we needed a Bose remote to activate the outside speakers amp, which I did not know when I purchased the speakers and amp.
Crutchfield apologized and sent me a discounted remote because were not told when we purchased the amp and speakers we would need the remote, great customer service!!
