They are so small and light weight and pack a huge punch. I listen to mostly Hip-Hop,Rap,R&B Genre, you can tell im a big person on bass. My first choose was Beats by Dre Solo earphones, but when I place the Bose on my head I couldn't put them down. They sound richer and clear then the Solo with the same amount of bass. Let me mention that I've had other Bose products and although they always have big sound it always seems artificial. I want to say these are the most natural sounding earphones I've ever tried. The highs never sound tinny and the lows go through you but that don't rattle the brain. I've tried all music types and they all sound as they should.
