Take your fun onto the water
Clarion's CMV1 marine DVD receiver keeps you and your crew entertained with music and video, come rain or shine. This robust marine receiver meets or exceeds strict UV and salt/fog exposure guidelines, and boasts a watertight flip-down front panel to protect it from the elements and stray splashes. Inside, you'll find a coated circuit board built into a corrosion-resistant stainless steel chassis.
The CMV1 is fully equipped to take up station at the heart of your boat's audio/video system. The CD/DVD player will handle regular audio CDs and video DVDs, plus recordable CDs and DVDs loaded with MP3, WMA, and AAC files. And the CMV1 will play DVDs burned with DivX media files, too.
A rear USB input supports flash memory, as well as iPod® connection and control. An optional adapter allows you to view iPod video on the receiver's screen. You'll appreciate the auxiliary input for connecting other audio sources, and two video outputs let you add external monitors so all the hands can enjoy the show at sea.
You can use the included remote control, or add on Clarion's MW1 and MW2 wired remote controls — place one at the helm and you'll still be able to control the receiver that you've installed below. Or pick up Clarion's MF1 and enjoy radio frequency remote control of the recevier wherever you are on the boat.
Sound you'll enjoy
You'll enjoy outstanding sound quality. Clarion's 24-bit digital-to-analog converter translates digital signals into smooth, natural sound. For compressed music files, built-in BBE MP processing restores lost harmonics to add warmth and detail to your music.
An internal amplifier provides four channels of high power output to your speakers, with six channels of preamp outputs for connecting external amplifiers, if you choose.
