I purchased these speakers based off of the reviews. I was not looking to spend a lot of money, because anything was better than what was in there. I had put off replacing the speakers in my 99 Integra because I was told that the speakers were already made by Bose and were already good from the factory. Long story short, they crapped out on me, I yanked them and learned they were POS paper speakers just like every other car out there w/stock speakers.
The speakers sound very good and I could not be happier with my choice. One thing though...the master sheet for installing the speakers in a 99 Integra looked so easy and so don't be fooled, because it is not easy. The ones in the back don't just come right out. There is prying to be done, unless you remove the whole side panel assembly, but who wants to do that? Other than that everything went well and the time spent doing the job passed quickly with a couple of beers. So plan for that.

Great speakers - regardless of the price (which is pretty darn good!)
I put off installing the speakers cause I thought I'd need quite a bit of time to do it, and after reading the instruction, heck, it didn't even take 10 minutes! No exaggeration! The directions they sent perfectly described the process, and the wiring adapter worked flawlessly. On the front door of my Honda Civic I just popped off speaker cover, pulled the 3 screws out holding the speaker(with my screw gun), detached the speakers from the existing harness, plugged the supplied adapter into the existing harness then onto the back of the speaker, put the 3 screws back in and popped the cover back on. Then I did it again on the other side.
The speakers have silky smooth high frequencies and nice solid bass. Drums now have a good solid tone and the cymbals have sizzle. They are soooo much better than the stock paper speakers!
I think I’m gonna replace the rear speaker next month...

great speakers even better price

these speakers gave me exactly what i was looking for. having four amplified components, all blaupunkt of course, these speakers were added to the back doors and complete the sound system. they are hooked up to a blaupunkt pca 265 and the highs on these are almost as clear as the components. the mids are better then average, and i cant say anything about the lows because the sub takes care fo those. great speakers for the price.
