Walton Beach, FL on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 I replaced my stolen Beats Tours with these (which aren't as obvious to thieves) and don''t regret having to spend the extra money for the much improved sound clarity and the noise cancelling capability. The AAA battery seems to last forever provided that you remember to turn it off. Pros: Great dynamic range,! Lows have a great "thump" and highs are clean and clear. Using the dynamic range expander really adds to the music so you hear what should be there before you made it an MP3. The noise cancelling works great reduces a lawn mower to a purr and on airlines quiet comfort. Cons: I did like the construction of the Beats over these with the no tangle wires and heavier gauge wires and connections. For the price of these I think a little better construction is necessary although after a year I haven't had any issues. 6 out of 6 people found this helpful Was this review helpful? Crutchfield Customer Review The reviewer purchased this item from us, verified by the email address on the order. I bought these headphones about one year ago, and I would say that the sound clairity is great. My problem comes with the quality, I have had these for just about a year and have had to get rid of them already. It is sad that a ten dollar headset will put up with more use. The issue is with the noise cancelation device where it mates with the cord, its not very secure allowing the wire to become loose and the one of the ear pieces to stop working. I loved the headset while it was working but to stop working in less than a year after paying this much for them is unacceptable. Pros: good sound. Cons: Fall apart, fist the extension cord went, then the clip, finally the left earbud stopped working. Great product if you do not travel. 1 out of 1 people found this helpful Was this review helpful?
