Features

Overview: The Pro.Fit International Vehicle Specific Mount (VSM) Legend is designed to attach behind the dash trim for a clean, factory installed look without damage to your vehicle's interior. The VSM Legend provides a swiveling 2" square surface with 4 mounting holes for attaching your portable electronics. Please check the Crutchfield Vehicle Selector for compatibility with your vehicle.

Note: For many applications a VSM will require an additional holder or cradle to complete a mobile electronics installation. Some electronics manufacturers provide their own cradle which usually will attach directly to a VSM.

Installation: The VSM Legend attaches to existing hardware that is hidden behind your vehicle dash's trim. Installation will require that your vehicle's trim bezel be removed from the dash in order access this hidden hardware. We recommend using a Dash Trim Removal Tool (042DM4022) or Hook Tool (042DM3022) to remove bezels. A special tool is necessary to protect the vehicle's dash from scratches and punctures that can occur by using a household tool like a screwdriver.

I already have one mount on the right side of my Sienna... can I put this mount on the left side? Not sure if the angles will work out with the thing mounted on the left.

You will want to contact an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat to discuss compatibility the installation. They will be able to pull up your vehicle and discuss the install. If it does not work, then they will also be able to discuss other options with you.

Installation was a breeze. I mounted my Garmin Nuvi 260W. The vibration is very annoying. I removed the mount added a piece of double sided tape to the dash and mount, reinstalled the mount per instructions. Minimized the vibration somewhat. any other suggestions to further minimize or eliminate the vibration? Mounted in a 2012 Toyota Tacoma.

I have my XM Roady XT attached to my VSM in my 2012 Tacoma and have no problems with vibration. Check to see that the mounting screws are tight and the adapter for your Nuvi is tight. If those are correct, there is probably another reason for this vibration. Perhaps a tire is out of balance, or some other cause of excessive driveline vibration. You did not mention if this changes with speed, if so check the above mentioned. Good luck!
