Pro.Fit International's universal-fit UltiMount is the convenient way to mount your small electronic devices, such as satellite radio tuners, cell phones, and PDAs, in your vehicle. It works with Pro.Fit's line of device-specific holders.

The UltiMount also comes with a set of buttons that adhere to the back of several other small devices, such as your cell phone, PDA, or the display/controller of another add-on satellite radio tuner or the display of an add-on CD changer. The buttons slide onto the slotted faceplate of the UltiMount, securing the device in place.

This sturdy mount is easy to install, and can be placed nearly anywhere on the dash or center console. The included 3M adhesive is extremely strong, and ensures that the UltiMount will stay put on the mounting surface. The adjustable arm lets you select the viewing angle you desire. Lifetime warranty.

Overall Versatility

Written by: Randolph from Moss Point, MS on January 7, 2006

I purchased this mount originally for my wife because I was showing her where the VSM would put her clarion calypso and she wanted a different mounting location.

After seeing and installing the mount I put another one in my car so I can hold my cell phone/pda etc...

I find that this mount is very versatile in what can be mounted and mounting location and positioning.

Keep in mind this mount may not be the best solution for everyone but it has suited my needs and expectations just fine, and as previously mentioned when mounted with certain items the mount does have a tendency to move a little when you encounter a bump or vibration.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I have a 2004 Corolla with an aftermarket stereo so I wanted to use this to mount my Sirius Audiovox SIRPNP3 in the slot of the mounting kit about my reciever. It actually worked out pretty well except the car cradle will not mount directly to this product with the provided hardware. I ended up using the mounting kit that comes with the PNP3 to connect the cradle to this UltiMount. This works ok but it causes the cradle to stick out farther than I would really like and it bounces a little on the road because of this. Decent product but doesn't work well with SIRPNP3.
