In any case, once i discovered the round connectors, i was not sure if they would work. On my setup the cable worked fine. One end is plugged into my Sony receiver and the other into my high-def set-top box. The sound comes through fine, and even on the dolby 5.1 setting, the sound still sounds good. I compared it to my Monster optical cable, and the sounds quality is comparable (for my use). Don't be frightened by the round connectors though, they are designed to fit into the standard toslink optical port, but they rotate once they've snapped in (actually slightly helpful during setup). 1 out of 1 people found this helpful Was this review helpful?
