Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Well, the overall quality of the enclosure itself was not bad. It's a very strong and rugged molded enclosure. The instructions to put them in were ok. The big thing I have a problem with is the cheesy grill they provide that doesn't even come close to the picture you see for the product. It's a flimsy wire mesh that doesn't fit once the enclosure is installed. I was very disappointed with that. Now I have to buy an 8" speaker grill and improvise with it. Not something I want to do for a product that is already pretty expensive.

There is a black plastic mesh grille which covers the entire portion of the enclosure that will be seen when the installation is completed. This unit installs in the rear passenger's side panel and storage bin - the storage bin is replaced by this unit.

Note: This unit is attached to the framework by drilling the supplied 1" screws through the enclosure and into the metal framework of the vehicle
