The photo of two enclosures with their matching amp rack shows how well this enclosure integrates with the interior of your vehicle. It looks like original equipment, but gives you deep, pounding bass no factory sound system can touch. Internal volume is 0.65 cubic feet. Warranty: 1 year.

Features

Compatibility: This enclosure is made to fit under the rear seat on the driver's or passenger's side in the following vehicles: 1999-2000 Chevy Extended Cab Truck and 1999-2000 GMC Extended Cab Truck. Once the unit is mounted, it fires down toward the floor.

Note: Dimensions are at widest points; keep in mind that these enclosures are custom made to fit in a particular vehicle, so the enclosure is molded to fit in that specific location.

Enclosure:

Materials: The front of the enclosure is finished with black molded ABS plastic with a wrinkled surface pattern. The main body of the enclosure is made of particle board covered with medium gray box carpet. On the bottom of the enclosure there is an integrated, molded black ABS plastic base that fits the contour of the floor in the vehicle.
Design: Sealed enclosure. When the woofer is installed it is down firing.
Connections: One set of spring posts. They will accept bare wire, pin connectors, banana plugs and dual banana plugs. They will not accept spade connectors.

Mounting: AI Research recommends permanently securing the enclosure to the vehicle. This is not only the safest installation, but also produces the best sound quality. Mounting brackets are not included, so, to permanently attach the enclosure to the vehicle, a bracket kit (125B702KIT) will be needed.

Note: Permanent mounting requires drilling and screwing into the vehicle as well as the enclosure.

Minor modifications

I have always had a good expierience with Q logic products. This is the first box I have had to sand down the opening to get the sub to fit. Plus the color did match the interior of my truck. But it is a perfect match for the pioneer 10" sub. Which hits like a jackhammer.

Great box, bad color matching.

Just finished the install of this box with a Rockford Fosgate P1S410 sub and it sounds amazing. Way better than I expected.

The only issue I have with it would be that their version of Tan is like a semi dark cardboard color tan. It's a bit darker than the light tan interior of my 03' 2500HD. It also has a dark grey colored carpet on the side that faces up where the seat should cover it. But being that I was able to get Vocational Rehab to cover the price of having my pickup modified to get in with my wheelchair after my accident, the rear seat has to stay up so that I can get in & out of the truck. The only time it's down is when I'm locked in place and someone is sitting back there, which doesn't happen to often.

But all in all, it's a great sounding box that I'd recommend to anyone that doesn't have much space. And it works great with that sub.
