Sanus's CAPCO1 rack-mount power conditioner makes a great companion to their Foundations Component Series A/V racks. It's an easy way to protect even elaborate audio/video systems. Its eleven AC outlets provide fast-acting surge protection — there are ten in back and one in front. EMI/RFI filtering eliminates line noise to ensure squeaky-clean picture and sound quality from your components.

A multi-mode LED display clearly indicates voltage, current and power consumption. Here's another great feature: dual adjustable pull-out LED lights that shine downward to illuminate components inside the rack.

Product Highlights:

  • designed to be mounted in a component rack system such as Sanus's CFR115, CFR127, or CFR144
  • 11 AC outlets (10 rear, 1 front)
  • dual-stage EMI/RFI filters virtually eliminate line noise
  • multi-mode LED panel indicates voltage, current and power consumption
  • dual adjustable pull-out LED lights illuminate rack equipment
  • 2400-joule surge protection
  • maximum current rating: 12 amps
  • 10-ft. AC power cord
  • 19"W x 1-3/4"H x 4-3/4"D

My Bad

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Received the Sanos CAPC01-BI power strip and conditioner. Very well made product. The lights are great to help illuminate your gear or just for some ambient lighting. The Volt meter is worth the price. I was shocked when I plugged it in to see just how bad my electrical power delivery system was. All in all a very good and well built product. Would recommend to anyone who does not want to spend $500 plus for a line conditioner.

Pros: Well made Great Look Lights are functional Plenty of sockets to plug in gear

Cons: None really

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Very well constructed, fits into rack system great - not a jungle of wires, extension cords etc. Voltage indicator looks cool as hell, too.

Pros: Quality build, added lighting a plus.

Cons: None.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

The component fits nicely into the Sanus AV rack and functions as expected. It allows less cords to be visualized around the AV rack.

Pros: Fits well.

Cons: None known.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This item really completed my component rack. It's hard to get excited about a power strip but it looks awesome in the rack, provides great protection for the price, and allows for a much cleaner wiring finish.
