Q
Will this hold a emotiva xpa 2 power amp ? 72 pounds

A
I would go with the 3U shelf from SANUS. The 2U shelf from SANUS supports up to 50 lbs, and the 3U shelf supports up to 80 lbs. Hope that helps!!

I earlier said I had the XMC-1 on a 3 U and that was not correct I actually have it on a this 2U rack. I'm sure this 2U would hold it but I bet it will bend down a lot which you don't want. I feel that a 3U minimum and or find a 4U mount as your amp is heavy, I have the XPA-7 mounted up and it works well in the 15U Sanus rack but no way would it work on the 2U and the 3 I bet would bend but it weighs 100 lbs.

A
According to Sanus cash22 specs, the maximum weight is 50 lbs.
