Features

Overview: The Sanus Home Theater Series HTB7 is an adjustable-height stand for satellite speakers up to 4.0 lbs. Its heavy-gauge offset steel pillar features an integrated wire channel and is adjustable from 27" to 39" for optimum acoustics. A stable steel flush base provides superior stability on any surface. The Sanus HTB7 speaker stands include a top plate, L-shaped brackets, and a QuickMount adapter for speakers with keyhole-slots on the back.

Steel Construction: Heavy-gauge steel construction provides extreme rigidity and stability.

Adjustable Height: The speaker stand's adjustable height (27"-39") allows your satellite speakers to be placed at optimum listening level.

Note: For optimal surround sound experience, place front-satellite speaker stands at ear-level and at same height. Rear-surround speaker stands should be placed slightly above ear-level and behind listeners, facing horizontally.

Multiple Top-plates: The HTB7 includes multiple top plates and brackets to fit most satellite speakers.

  • Top Plate: Speakers can be placed directly on the included 2.0625"x2.0625" top plates. For speakers with no threaded inserts on the bottom, adhesive backed pads are provided to secure speakers to the top plates.
  • "L" Brackets: Speakers with a threaded insert on the back bolt to the "L" brackets with the provided hardware.
  • Dual Post Adapter: The included dual post adapters allow you to bolt a speaker with dual threaded inserts to the speaker stands.
  • QuickMount Adapter: The supplied QuickMount adapters are designed to be used with the included "L" brackets for satellite speakers with keyhole-slots on back of their cabinets.

Heavy-weight Base: The Sanus HTB7 utilizes a heavy-weight base for superior stability on any surface.

Padded Feet: The Sanus HTB7 adjustable satellite speaker stands feature integrated steel feet and comes with self-adhesive felt foot-pads to protect your floors.

Note: The Sanus HTB7 does not include or support carpet spikes.

Wire Management: The Sanus satellite speaker stands utilize hollow uprights with a concealed wire path (0.3125" in diameter) to easily hide and organize your speaker wire.

I don't recall the exact size but I used a fairly thick cable; it was not a problem. The tube is about a 1/2" thick.

They will accommodate 14 gauge wire

Q
Will These stands work well with the Bose 161 speakers?

A
I forwarded your question to an Advisor and they responded with the following: The weight of those Bose speakers hits right at the maximum weight recommended for those stands. I would play it safter with something like the BF31's. http://www.crutchfield.com/p_051BF31B/Sanus-BF31B-Speaker-Stands.html?tp=1386 If you would like to discuss further you can contact an Advisor directly by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat.

Q
Would these work to mount Klipsch Promedia 5.1 system satellites?
david  Mar 24, 2014
1 answer
A
I forwarded your question to an Advisor and they responded with the following: I'm afraid we don't carry those speakers, but if they are less than 4 pounds and either have a threaded insert on the back or can set on the 2x2 top plate you should have no issue in using them. If you would like to discuss further you can contact an Advisor directly by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat.

Q
Will these stands work on the bose small 5 speakers?

A
I forwarded your question to an Advisor and they responded with the following: You would have to go with the proprietary Bose speakers stands to work with the Bose 5 speakers: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_018UFS20B/Bose-UFS-20-universal-floor-stands-Black-pair.html If you would like to discuss further you can contact an Advisor directly by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat.
