These stands give you plenty of placement options. Their height is adjustable from 28" to 38", so you can position your tweeters right at ear level for optimal performance. With three different mounting methods —  top plates, L-shaped brackets, and keyhole slot adapters — you can mount virtually any small satellite speaker, including back-bolt and bottom-bolt types. Heavy cast iron bases provide excellent stability for your speakers, and the stands are attractively styled to look great in any room.

Features

Satellite Speaker Stand: The Sanus VuePoint HTBS satellite speaker stand is the perfect addition to any compact home theater system. The stand is height-adjustable, so satellite speakers up to 3.5 lbs can be positioned 28"-38" from the floor for a customized setup. It can be assembled in minutes using just a Phillips screwdriver. Each heavy-gauge steel pillar is offset for optimum sound and features an integrated wire channel for easy management. Includes top plate, L-shaped brackets, and keyhole mount adapters to fit most small satellite speakers.

Steel Construction: Heavy-gauge steel construction provides extreme rigidity and stability.

Adjustable Height: The speaker stand's adjustable height (28"-38") allows your satellite speakers to be placed at optimum listening level. For optimal surround sound experience, place front-satellite speaker stands at ear-level and at same height. Rear-surround speaker stands should be placed slightly above ear-level and behind listeners, facing horizontally.

Multiple Top-plates: The HTBS includes multiple top plates and brackets to fit most satellite speakers.

  • Top Plate: Speakers can be placed directly on the included 2.0625"x2.0625" top plates. For speakers with no threaded inserts on the bottom, adhesive backed pads are provided to secure speakers to the top plates.
  • L-Brackets: Speakers with a threaded insert on the back bolt to the L-brackets with the provided hardware.
  • Keyhole Adapters: The supplied Keyhole adapters are designed to be used with the included L-brackets for satellite speakers with keyhole-slots on back of their cabinets.

Heavy-weight Base: The Sanus VuePoint HTBS utilizes a heavy-weight base for superior stability on any surface.

Wire Management: The Sanus satellite speaker stands utilize hollow uprights with a concealed wire path (0.375" in diameter) to easily hide and organize your speaker wire.

Q
do these fit Bose Acoustimass 6 speaker?

Sorry, not sure of size of Bose speakers. But, you have 3 different ways to hook up the speakers on these stands. Check the details of the stands online & you'll answer your own question. They are a great product, couldn't beat the price, very happy w/ them. Good luck!

The Bose Acoustimass 6 speakers have a single screw mount using a 5mm thread. These stands comes with enough hardware to make them truly universal. That said, the stands offered as an accessory for those speakers include clips that fit the recess of the speaker perfectly. This fit prevents the speaker from rotating; keeps them straight on the stand. The L brackets with the stands you are asking about might fit well, or they may be too wide or too narrow. You may have to either modify the brackets or put some kind of pad between the bracket and the speaker to help keep the speakers in position. The other accessory on the Bose recommended stands is a plastic cover that provides a clean finished look. $60 is a log to pay for a finished look unless that is what you need. Need to save some dough? The Sanus stands should be fine as long as you are willing and able to make adjustments as needed.

I don't own that model of speaker, however I do own a pair of Bose that would fit. I think that they would be able to be used.

Great! No Complaints, easy to assemble, sent with 2 ways to mount speakers. . Surprised by the weight...not going to fall over easy. My speakers have 4 mm mounting holes, 5 mm sent with product. If I had a need for more, I would definitely re-order.

While I can't specifically answer for the Bose Acoustimass speakers, I have the Samsung HT-E6500W front and rear speakers on these stands. The brackets support a variety of installations, and there is double sided tape should the brackets not fit. Here is a link to the system that I am using the brackets with so you can size the speakers. http://www.crutchfield.com/p_305HTE6500/Samsung-HT-E6500W.html?search=HTE6500W&osp=ht-e6500w&tp=6419

I didn't use them for Bose speakers, but they come with several adapters and screws for various types of mounts. I'm pretty certain they will work for the Bose style as well.
