Sanus Premium Series VL515 full-motion TV mount The mount can hold your TV 15" out from the wall with the arm fully extended.

A smart, safe design for convenient mounting

Sanus' tools-free assembly makes setup simple. Once you've secured the brace to the wall, the arm just slides into position. A safety lock that closes with an audible click lets you know the arm is securely in place.

Fine-tune your TV's placement

After installation, the mount's "roll" adjustment lets you fine-tune your TV's position to ensure that the screen is perfectly level. The arm assembly can also be shifted slightly left or right on the wall plate so the TV is centered, even if your wall studs are off-center. Finally, the mount's hollow arm lets you thread cables through it, keeping them out of sight and free from tangles.

Features

Full-Motion Design: The Sanus Premium Series VLF515 full-motion, wall-mount bracket provides a 3-points of movement for an optimal viewing position. The VLF515 extends from the wall (3.625"-15"), tilts up/down (+5°/-15°), and swivels left or right (+/-55°) for easy viewing anywhere in the room.

TV Capacity: The Sanus Premium Series VLF515 wall-mount bracket is designed to support flat-panel TVs from 51" to 70", weighing up to 125 lbs.

VESA Bolt Pattern: The VLF515 full-motion, wall-mount bracket accommodates a horizontal hole spacing on back of the TV of 300mm-700mm and a vertical hole spacing of 200mm-400mm. The Sanus VLF515 comes with M4, M5, M6, and M8 size bolts of differing lengths to mount the bracket to your TV. It will accommodate the following VESA hole patterns in accordance with industry standards set by the Video Electronics Standards Association:

  • 300mm x 200mm
  • 300mm x 300mm
  • 400mm x 300mm
  • 400mm x 400mm
  • 500mm x 300mm
  • 500mm x 400mm
  • 600mm x 400mm
  • 700mm x 400mm
Note: Additional hardware may be required for your specific model of TV. For example; shorter or longer screws, thicker or slimmer washers or spacers. These additional accessories can often be found at your local hardware store.

Construction: The bracket is constructed of heavy-gauge steel and high-impact plastic with a durable powder-coated black finish.

Perfect Positioning: The TV brackets and arm assembly let your television slide from side-to-side on the wall-mount plate for perfect positioning of the TV on your wall. There are also two level adjustment screws on the TV bracket to raise or lower (+/-3°) the sides of the TV.

Note: The wall plate must be mounted to wall studs or anchored to a brick, block, or concrete wall using the supplied lag bolts (and wall-anchors). The slots in the wall plate can accommodate wall studs 16" and 24" on center.

Safety Tabs: Once the wall plate is anchored to the wall studs, the arm assembly can be hooked into the wall bracket. An integrated safety tab on the TV bracket provides a safe and easy connection to the wall bracket you can hear. The TV brackets are then attached to the back of your television and then mounted to the assembly arm; a safety knob & tab secures it in place.

Cable Management: An in-arm cable management channel protects and conceals cables the length of the arm for a clean appearance, while decorative covers conceal assembly and mounting hardware of the wall-plate for a finished appearance.

Installation Tools: The following tools are recommended for mounting the VLF515:

  • Tape measure
  • Stud finder/level (included)
  • Drill
  • 7/32 Drill bit (for wood stud)
  • 3/8" Drill bit (for masonry)

Customer Q&A

Q
Will this mount work for a panisonic 65inch plasma tv?
charles  Dec 10, 2016
1 answer
A
Yes. I'm always skeptical that the mounts will get loose and wobbly, but the design is good and provides all the support you need.
john  Dec 12, 2016
Q
I have a 50-inch Samsung plasma and was wondering if this mount would work for a 50-inch tv since it says it's for 51-70 inch tv's?
mark  Jan 07, 2015
1 answer
A
I forwarded your question to an Advisor and they responded with the following: It is very possible that it would work for your 50" TV. You will want to check the mounting pattern that the TV offers as this mount offers the following mounting options: 300mm x 200mm, 300mm x 300mm, 400mm x 300mm, 400mm x 400mm, 500mm x 300mm, 500mm x 400mm, 600mm x 400mm and 700mm x 400mm. If the bolt pattern on the back of your TV matches one of these measurements then you should be fine. If you would like to discuss further you can contact an Advisor directly by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat.

Q
Yes i am planning on purchasing the Samsung curved tv 65 inch after i save for it . I just want to know if this tv mount will work on the curved tv as well as my 55 in Vizio untill i can get the new tv? Thank you and look foward to an answer.

A
It was my intention to mount a 55" Flat surface Sony, but have now considered the 65' again Flat Surface. I can not answer as to if a curved surface TV would mount, but the Sanus Premium came highly reccommended from Sony even though they own their own brand i.e. Performa.

Q
will this work for a 65" tv that will be installed on a wall but cover its corner".....willl it extend far enough away from that wall for ease of installation?

Well you need to answer your own question on this. The bracket has about 15 inches of movement staight off the wall. your question is vague on info. I think you want to mount your tv in the corner. So the bracket will mount to one of the walls. You simply bring the bracet out of the corner far enough so the tv fits. I hope that helped.

I had a similar application next to my fireplace. I do not think you will get a 45 degree angle from the bracket on a tv that large. I would guess about 30 degree max. You can slide the actual tv mount on a rail and cheat to one end to gain some angle
william  Dec 05, 2014
A
Yes I feel this bracket would work for that mounting situation
michael  Dec 04, 2014
A
Yes
