The ultra-thin Sanus VLL10 holds your flat-panel LCD or plasma TV a scant 11/16" from the wall. It's the ideal wall-mount for many of the latest ultra-thin TVs. This durable heavy-gauge design is strong enough to keep your TV firmly in place, and can support a TV with a screen size up to 70" and weighing up to 125 lbs.

The mount's brackets can easily be shifted to the right or left, in case the wall studs are a little off-center. You can also make small adjustments after the mount is affixed to the wall, to level it, or even change the height. And the handy ClickStand at the bottom of each vertical brace swings out to prop your mounted TV away from the wall, to make cable hookup a breeze — without removing the TV from the mount.

Slim and versatile wall mount

Written by: D from Sparta, NC on February 17, 2014

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

The mount was used to attach a Samsung 51F8500 plasma TV to the wall. I bought the mount for its ability to keep the TV close to the wall; however, an even more helpful construction was its versatility. The mount was installed on walls in an old house with uneven stud spacing. The entire rails that fastened to the wall had many holes so you could disregard expected stud spacing and screw lag screws in wherever the stud was actually located. The cross rail had many holes so the base rails could be placed at whatever width apart you needed. Finally, once the TV was mounted you could slide it back and forth across the wall for the optical location. An easy to install mount that keeps the TV close to the wall and gives the installer lots of options for screwing in anchor screws.

Pros: Keeps TV amazingly close to the wall Versatile installation for uneven stud location Strong construction Easy to install After installation can slide TV along wall to change position

Cons: None

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

make sure you have right or left angle HDMI plugs, since the TV will be mounted less than 1 1/2" from the wall. Easy to mount. Looks terrific. installation was a breeze and is very sturdy. I recommend using Crutchfield's height finder tool, to see how high you need your mount based on the distance of the TV from the floor.

Pros: very close to the wall

Cons: none

Works if you are carfule

Fairly easy to asssemble the online guide is great just go the listed web ste pling in your TV model the mount model and desired mounitng height. It makes finding the correct drilling points a snap. Just remember to use a level to keep the horzonal spacing level. Pre drill any studs the supplied drill adaptor for the screws is not hardend steel and will round under to much torq.

Pros: Easy to assemble, like the relase cords, execlent on line mounting guide.

Cons: The supplied tool for inseerting the screws ruonded off while driving the last screw in to a wall stud also damminging the screw head. Fouritinly it is in far enough but will be a bear to remove one day.

Talk about easy to do!

Very easy to center TV on wall due to the abundance of mounting holes and lateral movement available. Never mounted a flat screen before, but this product was so easy to work with that I'd have it no other way.

Don't buy!

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

The length of this mount, (30 1/2") was a problem for my installation due to ductwork running vertically behind the wall where the TV is mounted. This is not a design flaw, but if it were 6" longer, it would be more versatile.

The real problem came when hanging the TV on the mount. Getting the upper rails to engage the mount was a problem, but we did get them to connect. Getting the lower rails, (with the spring and cord assembly) to engage was nearly impossible. I could only get one side to catch.

While holding an 80 pound, $ 1,500.00 TV is not the time to find out this product doesn't work as intended. Buy a different model.
