About the Boston Acoustics G112PS
Tuned for maximum bass
Tuned for maximum bass
Here's the bass — Boston Acoustics' G112PS enclosed subwoofer puts the rumble in your sound system, matching a G1 Series 12" subwoofer with a ported box that's optimized to deliver the most bass possible. The GTuned enclosure uses Boston's unique venting to increase bass output without adding the noise that inferior ports can cause. Boston Acoustics assembles and tunes the box in the U.S.A., and its 3/4" medium-density fiberboard construction offers extra strength and stability.
Connect an amp and you're ready to rock
The enclosure handles up to 200 watts RMS, and its 4-ohm total impedance makes it compatible with most amps. You'll get clean signal flow through the nickel-plated terminals, and heavy-duty carpeting protects the box and your car's interior. Place the G112PS in your trunk or cargo area, connect a compatible amp and wiring, and take your music to a deeper level.

Features
Overview: The Boston Acoustics GTuned G112PS subwoofer enclosure features one 12" G112-4 subwoofer (4-ohms). The cabinet is made of MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) with glued dado ends.
Woofer Design: The G1 subwoofer has a copolymer cone with a raised polypropylene dust cap and a large foam surround. It features a wrap-around gasket which gives you a superior seal. The basket features the patented RadialVent cooling technology which directs the airflow around the 2" voice coil to increase power handling.
Terminals: The terminal cup is inset into the enclosure for a tight seal and a finished look. The nickel-plated, heavy-duty spring post terminals accept pin connectors, single or dual banana plugs, and bare wire up to 10 gauge.
Long Excursion: The woofers have a 1-3/4" peak-to-peak excursion for accurate deep bass output.
SureSet Protection: The input terminal is equipped with a 4-amp ATC fuse for voice coil protection under transient conditions such as accidental momentary overdrive. Use of the standard automotive style fuses allows you to quickly service the woofer in case a fuse is blown during use.
Note: The fuses do not protect against voice-coil failure resulting from long term high power abuse.
GTuned Port: Relying on a longstanding Boston technique, this GTuned enclosure features PowerVent tuning to deliver a perfect blend of extension, impact, and efficiency. The large port reduces turbulence and keeps your bass crisp, clear and deep, even under heavy use. The G112PS enclosure is tuned to 34 Hz.

I recently purchased this for my 2003 Camry because i could not pass up the insane deal. I an running it on a Kicker Amp at 200 RMS through the JBL stock head unit (with the aid of a LC2 converter) and it sounds absolutely perfect. All together cost me around 250, you just can't beat that.
