About the RetroSound SUB-8100
A tough sub for tight spaces
A tough sub for tight spaces
RetroSound designed their low-profile SUB-8100 powered sub to give you rock-solid bass in regular cab trucks, classic cars, and other vehicles that don't have room for an ordinary subwoofer. The enclosure comes in at just 3" thick, so it'll fit behind or under a seat with room to spare. A 100-watt RMS amplifier powers the 8" sub, and they're perfectly matched to give your ride the bass it's been missing. Use the variable low-pass crossover and phase switch to get the sound you want, then use the compact wired remote to adjust your bass levels on the go.
Cast aluminum enclosure
Like your vehicle, the SUB-8100 is built to last. A rugged aluminum enclosure protects the sub and amp while dissipating heat generated by heavy, extended listening. Retrosound includes mounting hardware for the sub and the remote, so all you'll need is an amp wiring kit to get great bass in your vehicle.

Very pleased with the RetroSound powered sub. The unit is solid metal, built like a rock. Very easy to install under my front passenger seat.
