Add-On Bluetooth Module: The Dual BTM100 is an add-on Bluetooth module that allows you to answer and place calls from your Bluetooth-enabled wireless phone through your Bluetooth-ready Dual or Axxera car stereo receiver (AXV3D/DXV3D). The BTM100 is Bluetooth version 2.1 compliant, and communicates with most Bluetooth-enabled phones. It supports both hands-free communication and wireless audio streaming.

Note: Due to the differences in Bluetooth technology, some Bluetooth enabled devices may be incompatible, function improperly, or may not support all features when used with the Dual BTM100.

Hands-Free Communication (HFP/PBAP): You can make, receive, or end phone calls using the module's "Talk" button or from your compatible Dual or Axxera head unit. Incoming phone numbers will scroll across the head unit's display, so you know who is calling and an audible ring tone will be heard through your vehicle's speakers. You can answer the call manually or setup the unit to automatically answer all incoming calls. Using the BTM100's built-in noise-/echo-canceling microphone, you can carry on a mobile conversation through the vehicle's speakers without picking up your cell-phone. You can dial out by manually entering the phone-number, from your transferred mobile phone's phonebook, or a listing of the last five received/dialed/missed phone calls; all using your compatible head unit's front-panel controls.

Wireless Audio Streaming (A2DP/AVRCP): The BTM100 also supports wireless streaming of music from your Bluetooth-enabled device to your compatible Dual or Axxera head unit, allowing you to listen to audio wirelessly from your Bluetooth compatible mobile phone through the Dual or Axxera receiver.  You can control your wireless streaming music audio from the front-panel of the head unit. Basic playback controls include; Play/Pause and  Previous/Next Track.

Simple Installation: The BTM100 connects to your compatible Dual or Axxera head unit through a single 8-pin plug to the back of the head unit. The 9.75' cable is routed along the A-pillar of the vehicle to the visor-mounted module (metal wire clip included).
