Features

Micro-USB 11-Pin to HDMI/USB Cable: The Dual SL115A is a micro-USB 11-pin to HDMI/USB cable which allows you to connect your MHL-enabled Android smartphone device with a 11-pin microUSB port (such as the Galaxy S3/S4/S5 or Galaxy Note II/III/IV) to your home and car audio/video components equipped with an HDMI input and USB type-A port. Through its full-size HDMI connector, the SL115A cable supports 1080p video and 2ch audio. The SL115A will also charge your MHL-enabled Android smartphone via its USB type-A connector. Because the USB connector pig-tails from the HDMI connector, your home or car audio component's HDMI and USB input must be less than 3" apart. The total length of the cable is 5'.

Q
does this work with droid mini?

A
They do not list the "Droid Mini" specifically, no. This cable is made for MHL-enabled Android smartphone devices with a 11-pin microUSB port (such as the Galaxy S3/S4/S5 or Galaxy Note II/III/IV). You will find this information by clicking the "Details" tab on the cable's main webpage. I hope that helps! My Bio: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_070SL115A/Dual-SL115A.html?tp=60464

Q
I have a HTC one M8 and a Axxera AV6225BH dual mirror radio, is this compatible for the duel mirror tech I'm trying to use on my radio?

Im sure this cable will work, but I would not recommend it. Look elsewhere and try to find a better quality wire if you must have the mirroring. I have this cable for my Kenwood Samsung setup and as cool as I thought the mirror would be I must say I rarely to never use it. Also by no means does it charge your phone fast. I run Spotify and it doesn't have enough output to charge while playing, the battery actually loses power while playing and "charging" with this cable. Unless u have something u really need to mirror I wouldn't recommend it. Your better off going with a normal phone charger out of the back of your unit to charge and an aux cable for music etc.

Yeah that should work. Its a normal phone charger port. And the 2 other ends go to the radio

It worked fine for my Galaxy S4. I would think that would hold true for the s5.

YEs it works great with my s5

IT fits and charges the S5, but I couldn't get the video to share right, but I think my issue is the headunit, the cable is good.

It worked with my Samsung Galaxy 4 really well, but then I upgraded to a Galaxy 6 and discovered that Samsung no longer supports the video option. I've heard that this change is new to model 6, so it might work with the Galaxy 5.

Yes it does.

Will this work with the NEXUS 4 and Lolipop?

As I was trying to research the problem trying to get it to work on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 I found that there are a few big box stores local that carry a lot of these "type" of cables too. They seem to be pricy but when I called my local big box store they said if it didn't work I could always bring it back as long as I didn't break the product. It could take some of the guess work out of it. I eventually got it to work with my phone connecting it to the Axxera AV714BH stereo. And I am not trying by any means to take away business from Cruchfield. But their options are limited and sometimes it's nice to have a local place for these type of things. Be prepared though... it's probably not going to be cheap. Rocketfish is more than likely the maker of what you are looking for.

I forwarded your question to an Advisor and they responded with the following: Based on the information I could find the Nexus 4 doesn't support MHL but instead uses Slim Port. I recommend looking for a Slim Port adapter which I'm afraid we do not offer. If you would like to discuss further you can contact an Advisor directly by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat.

Q
will this work with my LG Optimus L70?

Not sure. I use purchased for Samsung S3 to connect to Kenwood radio and doesn't work great. May be phone issue. Cable is not high quality.
john  Feb 04, 2015
A
Not sure. I ran into issues with my galaxy S3 that were unrelated to the cable and had to do with a pinout that Samsung did that wasn't the same as the spec. This required an adapter to make it work. My understanding is that most other phones with HDMI capability will work. All I could really suggest is looking at the LG site regarding HDMI.
