Light and strong
Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)
The hitch I installed on the back of my Infiniti G37 sedan has a weight limit of 200lbs so I needed something light to transport my mountain bike. The Helium fits the bill because it's super light. Fits both 2 inch and 1.25 size receivers when you use the included adaptor. The installation and removal is quick because the knob you turn to engage the lock mechanism. It's secure and fits better than pin-type attachments and more comvient than a bolt that needs a wrench to remove. The built-in lock on the knob helps to prevent thieft of the rack. A second lock on the rack helps to keep the bike secure. The problem with the rack is that it's a bit small. It's for 2 bikes, but 2 full-sized bikes will be tight. It's really best as a single and 2 in case of emergency. Other than that, it's a great rack.
Pros: light and strong. the hitch mechanism is easy and secure.
Cons: little small for 2 large sized bikes. expensive at $300+
