Plus, built-in Bluetooth® lets you enjoy hands-free calling and wireless streaming audio.

All the best in digital music

Have you decided that your days of digging around in your car for a CD are over? JVC designed their KD-X250BT digital media receiver to handle all your music devices, as well as giving you a significant upgrade in power over your factory radio. Plus, built-in Bluetooth® lets you enjoy hands-free calling and wireless streaming audio.

Go wireless with your Android™ or Blackberry™

Android™ and Blackberry™ users can control PANDORA® right from the stereo through the Bluetooth connection — no wires needed. JVC's Smart Music Control app lets you use your compatible Android phone's touchscreen to control the action using finger swipes and gestures — for example, make an upside-down "V" to change the source. With your Android phone safely attached to a mount, you can reach down and skip a track without taking your eyes off the road.

If you want to plug in a USB thumb drive and hit the road, you can put together a custom road mix using JVC Playlist Creator software on your Windows® PC.

Ready for for iPods and iPhones

The KD-X250 is made to work seamlessly with your iPhone or iPod. You can talk to Siri, of course, and the built-in iPod® controls let you access your playlists when you plug your iPod into the USB port on the front panel. If you're a Pandora® Internet Radio fan, you can connect your iPhone® and access basic controls like "play," "pause," "thumbs-up," and "thumbs-down" on the onscreen display. For added convenience, the 2-way control feature lets you pick your music using the head unit or the phone itself.

Do more with your USB connection

The powerful 1A USB port lets you keep a smartphone charged while it's performing many battery-draining tasks at once. And with your smartphone connected, you can listen to your phone's internal memory as one source and access the little microSD card as another. You can even pair two phones at once, so you'll never have to decide between the personal phone and the work phone again.

Expand your system

The KD-X250 offers the connections you'll need if you're planning to build a complete car audio system sometime in the future. When it's time to add a powered sub, you can switch the 2.5-volt preamp outputs over to subwoofer mode to control your bass from the receiver. A front aux input lets you hook up other gear, like a Dock & Play satellite radio.

Want to keep your steering wheel controls?

In most vehicles, you can use an adapter (not included) to connect your vehicle's steering wheel controls to this JVC stereo. Connect a few wires, then program the adapter for your particular car and the JVC, and you'll retain the convenience of your steering wheel controls. Check the "Accessories" tab for compatible adapters.

This digital media receiver will not play CDs. If you want to play CDs in your vehicle, we offer a wide selection of CD receivers.

Bluetooth note: Use of this receiver's Bluetooth features will depend upon your phone's Bluetooth capabilities. Learn more in our article explaining Bluetooth profiles.

Great for the price.

    Awesome Head Unit

ChrisD from Gaithersburgm MD on 2/3/2014

    2007 Dodge Charger
    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I originally had a different head unit installed, but then i came across this JVC unit and was sold. I had it installed and i been in love with it from the start. The display is crisp and bright, the buttons feel good to press and doesn't feel cheap. The bluetooth syncs with my HTC One on Android 4.3 without any issues. The flash drive reader works well also. I also like the nifty feature that you can use the MENU button on the head unit to pause and play music if your streaming from your phone. Also the mic and calling feature work well. Make sure you mount the microphone is a good place. The price was very good for this unit. I would definitely get this one again.

Pros: Good build, nice dispay, great price, sounds great

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

My factory head unit was getting tired, with poor reception and skipping CDs. I didn't really want to deal with CDs anymore, so I went for a Digital Media Receiver. Installation was straight forward and reasonably quick. It pairs nicely with my Galaxy S4 and plays Pandora and MP3s from Google Music. I haven't found a good place to install the included microphone yet, so I haven't tried the hands-free feature. And the menu system is a bit unwieldy, but manageable. I haven't upgraded my speakers yet, so I can't tell if I'm really happy with the EQ presets or not. I would have liked to have a few more bands available (3-band EQ) but for a sub-$100 receiver, I can't really complain. The reception and output is WAY better than the stock headunit. It works well with the factory amp. The USB connection to my phone didn't function well and the app from JVC was pretty much pointless (I never got audio to work with it installed). I ended up using Bluetooth Auto Connect from Google Play and I haven't had any more problems that I didn't cause messing with other Bluetooth apps and advanced settings.

Pros: Looks nice Pandora! Quick Bluetooth pairing Good value

Cons: Menu buries some feature too deeply JVC app is pointless

Nice for Android... but issues with iOS7

    2003 Jeep Wrangler
    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I purchased two of these, one for my 2003 Wrangler (Android user), and another for my wife's 2010 Honda CRV (iPhone user). Installation was fine, the topic has been covered. Bluetooth pairing for both a iPhone 5S and a Motorola Droid Maxx were quick and easy. No issues there. The overall android experience is super. I run Pandora a lot, along with Google Play Music and i Heart Radio. The dedicated Pandora input channel can be a little slow to connect, but it does so almost 100% of the time when i switch the stereo on. The only complaints I have it that if i make/take a phone call, the Pandora mode on the deck says "PAUSED" and there seems to be no good way to make work again without shutting down and starting over. Otherwise, it seems pretty flawless. My wife's iPhone 5S, on the other hand, does not play well with Pandora. The Pandora input channel never connects... endlessly says it is checking for device. I've tried both stereos, mine and hers. She has to use the "BT Audio" input to stream Pandora. The Android version of Pandora has a check box under settings/advanced to allow/disallow Pandora to be controlled via a BT device, but the Apple version of the app has no such setting. From my snooping around the Web, I am starting to form a theory that Apple may have "forgotten" to assure Pandora compatibility with car stereos because they were so focused on iTunes Radio. It could also be that Pandora needs to update their app for iOS also. Either way... it's broken.

    Pros: Android Bluetooth Friendly

    Cons: iPhone 5 / iOS 7 Challenging

    2000 Toyota Tacoma
    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I bought this for my son's 2000 Toyota Tacoma and we installed it together over Christmas break. The price was good and the reviews were high. Installation was fairly straight forward, and the instructions were very detailed and perfect for our truck. I had to bend/break a few of the tabs on the metal mounting bracket to get it to fit correctly in the truck, but that was no big deal. The unit looks great, sounds pretty good, and has all of the features we need. The functions are confusing to get used to. I guess that's what you get with so much in one unit. Bluetooth syncing works, but took a while to figure out, even after following instructions exactly. When leaving the car after playing music over Bluetooth and return later, the unit remembers you are on Bluetooth (good) but doesn't automatically start playing music. It says "paused". You have to press the Menu button a few times to get the music to start playing. This wasn't explained anywhere that I could find. The volume button serves as a mute if you push it, but it's sensitive and while reaching to change the volume I sometimes accidentally mute the stereo, and unmuting sometimes returns to 0 volume. I thought the remote would be useless, but actually enjoy having it right next to me so I can reach it and make adjustments without leaning forward or taking my eyes off the road. Overall a good unit for the price. I have made several handsfree calls and am happy with the quality.

Pros: Lots of features, looks cool. Remote is useful. Sound quality pretty good. Good price.

Cons: Confusing menus, unexpected behavior at times (maybe because I'm not familiar with it). Will take some time getting used to it. Took a while to get Bluetooth the work correctly.

Great value, easy install (2000 Nissan Frontier)

Mark F from Erie, PA on 11/30/2013

    2000 Nissan Frontier
    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I just installed this in my 2000 Nissan Frontier. It's very straightforward, and that's from someone who never did any electrical work before. However, while the wiring harness made everything very easy (and I used the crimp method rather than solder), the install kit is not needed for a 2000 frontier. I used the OEM hardware with not problem, and it looks flawless. Trying to use the install kit would actually have made doing the install harder. I will say detailed vehicle specific instructions for removing the old radio, and installing the new radio were not included, but a quick google search turned up excellent detailed instructions on www.installdr.com. The instructions included for the wiring was phenomenal. The radio works great, and while it's a little more complicated and will take some time to learn all the details, it's a lot more user friendly than the OEM radio in my other car a 2013 Toyota. You won't have the coolest system out there, but it's very functional at a low cost.

Pros: Easy install, nice features for a low cost radio. Pairing with Bluetooth on my Android phone (Droid RAZR MAXX - 907T) was a little complicated, but once it's paired it's easy to use. Customer service was great when I called for two minor questions.

Cons: Will not allow streaming audio (music or Audible books) from my iPhone 4S, and pairing it just for phone use was a pain. No detailed removal and replacement instructions for my vehicle, but as I said that's a minor issue that was easily fixed. The dash install kit was not necessary for my vehicle, and luckily I did some searching for additional info rather than try to use it.

    Great Receiver

    2013 Jeep Wrangler
    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I bought this radio to replace the stock radio in my Wrangler and knew I didn't want to have a CD player. I've had my Jeep for over a year and used my CD player once. This seemed like a good choice and for the money, it couldn't be beat. I'm not very technically inclined, so I ended up paying a local shop to install the radio. As such, I can't speak to the ease of installation. Even with my stock speakers, I can hear a difference in the sound, and anticipate more improvement once I upgrade the speakers. I was able to retain my steering wheel controls and they work as they did with the prior radio. Finally, the bluetooth works well. I've had no complaints about ability to be heard. I've had some trouble connecting my iPod to play music through the unit, but this is not much of an issue, as I always have it connected through the USB to keep it charged while in use.

Pros: Inexpensive, bluetooth works well, good sound quality

Cons: Steering wheel controls can be laggy, but I don't know if that is due to the radio or the interface, streaming music through bluetooth, when I connect my iPod, it will begin playing a track immediately, either a song or a podcast and it may not be what I want to listen to.

I was looking for something to replace my stock radio because the lights in it didn't work. I just wanted cheap because I just listen to the radio. I found this and LOVE it. I can play Pandora or music from my phone bluetooth AND I can answer my phone through my stereo. This this thing come with a microphone and verything. I can even change which Pandora station and thumbs up or down the song if I want. I haven't even used the USB on it yet. For the price this is a great unit. The only down side I found is that it doesn't have a CD player, but in todays smart phone world, who needs one. you could even load them onto a flashdrive and use this unit. I'm Happy!!

    Pros: see the review

    Cons: no CD player.

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Overall, the unit is as advertised. Due to where it is installed, there is a limited amount of space available. One of the determining factors to purchasing this unit was it supposed to fit. I found I needed to do some creative routing of the wiring harness to make it fit. The security tabs didn't engage with the trim installed so it took a little work to get the unit in place.

    2009 Dodge Ram 1500
    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Ok so first off...I?ve never installed a deck before SO EASILY. The master sheet and the wiring harness instructions were easy to follow, and although there were a couple of wires that threw me off for a sec, it was only because the deck wires were orange/white, and the harness wire was all orange. But if you READ...it?ll tell you what the wires are, and it worked out easily. It?s got USB, Aux in, it?s Pandora ready, AND Bluetooth! No CD player on this deck, but tha?s what I wanted. The bluetooth sound quality from my phone is crystal clear, once I got the EQ settings just right. The hands-free phone feature is awesome. I can scroll thru my recent call list and my phone book right on the scree of this deck. For the money, this is an awesome deck. Incredibly easy to install and set-up. I?d recommend this for anyone wanting to use their iPod or phone to hold all their music. I haven?t used the USB input yet, but I am sure it?s just as great sounding. I?m planning to upgrade my speakers, which should also increase the sound quality, and possibly add a small powered sub under the seat. OVERALL I?M EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

Pros: Easy to install Great sounding deck (bluetooth and AUX inputs are clear sounding) Decent power. (More than my OEM deck ) Excellent buy for the money!

Cons: The remote is pretty useless. It?s so small, and in the time it takes me to do something with the remote, I can easily just push the buttons on the deck or my phone. But it?s a nice added feature that really isn?t a "con" but just something that I probably won?t use much.

    Great bang for the buck!

This is a great aftermarket radio. I replaced it for the factory radio in my 05 Accord. Installation was breeze and wow the sound quality just drastically improved, without replacing the speakers. The radio doesn't play CDs but that didn't matter to me because never use them. Bluetooth connected easily and listening to music is so much better this way. The Pandora works great on the receiver, once I click on it automatically Pandora on my phone starts. I can skip, thumps up and down from the receiver it self. I would highly recommend it everyone as long as they don't need CD player

The JVC radio gave me everything I wanted an more, I've since replaced the radio's in my son and daughters vehicles and they are happy as well with the product.

Pros: Very easy to install , having the necessary diagrams and wiring harness required to facilitate the swap made the project very easy. I was able to replaced the radio within an hour right in my driveway.

This is a very nice unit and the size is perfect to fit in my MG. Immediately after install, i took a 2000 mile road trip and the radio functioned perfectly the entire time. Only 3 stars for "ease of use" as it has a LOT of features which are a bit complicated to use.

Pros: Faceplate easy to detach and re-attach. Display is easy to read, even with the top down in bright sunlight. Great sound - loud enough to be heard at speed with the top down. AUX input works well with my Smartphone. Perfect size for retrofit to 30 year old car.

    Cons: None so far.

    BlueTooth with iPhone 5

Lynn from Harrisonburg, VA on 9/17/2013

The unit works well in the bluetooth mode with the iPhone 5. When the iPhone 5 is direct connected to the USB the performance is spotty; sometimes it works as it should, other time it freezes up and requires a reboot. The unit takes fairly long to hook up and begin playing, about 15 - 20 seconds, which seems a bit long. Once it is sync'd with your unit, it works fine and with sufficient speed for all other settings.

Pros: Rock solid with iPhone 5 in Bluetooth mode. Hooks up automatically as you enter the car, which is very convenient. No need to plug anything in to make it link via bluetooth, just hop in and go and the device finds and links to your iPhone and starts playing.

Cons: The unit has problems with inconsistent linking to the iPhone in USB mode, occasionally it freezes up and will never start playing (in USB mode) until the USB cable is unplugged and re-plugged, or the iPhone, JVC unit, or both, are rebooted.

Cons: Does not pick up radio stations real well.

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This is a great value for the money. I compared this with other receivers in $200-$250 range and they are not giving me anything more than offered by this receiver. This receiver supports dual phone, bluetooth audio streaming is great, i am not a pro but felt audio playback is better when connecting thru USB (like a flash drive)

Pros: Great price, dual phone support, front USB and aux inputs, good audio playback

Cons: It is not an issue with the receiver, but the new android Jelly Bean OS, does not support USB, instead the audio (or data) transfer is using MTP interface that is not supported by this receiver. Bottom line, you can only connect any Android phone with latest jelly bean OS thru bluetooth and cannot connect for audio play back, worst Nexus 4 could not even charge using the front USB. I tried Samsung Galaxy S4, i could charge using USB port but could not play audio.

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I own an earlier version of this unit and I liked it so much that when I bought another vehicle I chose this JVC to install in the second vehicle. There were a few things I didn't like about the older unit but the 250 fixes those minor issues with a different control layout and an improved display. It is relatively easy to operate, it answers and places phone calls, it keeps my phone charged and it just sounds good. It does all this at a very competitive price. I am very pleased with the unit.

Pros: Great sound, Bluetooth, pandora control, inexpensive

I love my new toy. Sounds great. I did the install myself in two hours. I'm still trying to figure out how everything works. If I have a problem I look at the instructions. I watched a video on YouTube that showed a guy removing his factory stereo from his Honda Civic. I t really made things easier for me. Ive been using my Ipod thru both the USB and the Bluetooth. Also playing music with a flash drive and my Android phone. I can use my phone hands free after connecting the supplied microphone. Which i install near the bottom of my dash. What more could I want? This item is Great.

Pros: USB port. Bluetooth connectivity. Many equalizer settings.

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I needed something in my 2003 CRV to replace the broken factory radio head unit. I hadn't explored these products for about ten years, so I was very pleased to see how thoroughly manufacturers have incorporated digital media into their most basic units. I selected the JVC because of the price and reputation of the company. I'm not disappointed at all. Installing it was simple, and once I figured out how to connect my Bluetooth devices, the whole setup was painless. If you are looking for a no frills head unit to replace your factory unit, this is the one to get.

Pros: Inexpensive, easy to install, good looking.

Cons: A little slow to respond sometimes.

Had this installed for about a week and a half and it a great deal for the price. Hands free calling...check! Google Play Music control....check! Pandora control....check! Flash drive support.....check! No CDs to mess with....check! Plus, this about doubled the storage space in my S197 Mustang (you fellow 'Stangers know) with the leftover compartment from the double din factory space. It was a cinch to install thanks to Crutchfield's excellent instructions and kit. Sound quality is an improvement over the old Shaker 500, but still, I think the factory speakers need replacing to really get the sound where I want it.

Pros: Everything! Overall adds much to the enjoyment of the vehicle, especially if you use a service like Google Play Music, it's like having a million CDs at your disposal in your car.

Cons: I give the build quality a 4, it feels a bit cheap over some other aftermarket stereos I've had in the past, but time will tell.

This is a great radio for a great price. I'm not sure why any one would pay over 100$ for a radio with a CD player and all the cool features this one has. Or you could not get the CD player and get all the great features and cool looks for a fraction of the price. Overall great head unit and the features are amazing. Work flawlessly. Cool flat black face that is detachable. Would buy this is an instant if you are unsure.

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Wanted a cheap radio that would play music from my smartphone and maybe give me hands-free phone call access. I've had it for a week now and I am happy. Got what I wanted at a decent price. Bluetooth connects fine to my Droid. Music plays fine. Audio quality is good 'nuff for me. Of course, I am sure the speakers in my Ranger are nothing special. The receiver automatically sucks in my phone directory and allows favorite numbers to be programmed to the buttons, making placing a phone call a snap. Phone call audio is good on my end; the party on the other end of the call say my audio is good, too, even when my truck is rolling down the road at 60mph. I placed the included microphone on top of the steering column and snaked the wire up through the dash.

Pros: Good quality and function, good value for the money. Installation was easy with the mounting and wiring kits available from Crutchfield.

Hands down one of the best units I have bought in some time. Sure there are many products that are superior in many ways, but different radios are for different sorts of people. I purchased and installed this head unit for a customer of mine who is in her sixties. She is technology literate but did not need anything to complicated. This JVC device was exactly what I wanted it to be. Made by a reliable manufacturer, user friendly, a great price, and of coarse, sold to me by Crutchfield. The only place I go to for anything involving sound systems. Thank you Crutchfield. Your service and product prices cannot be matched.

This radio is definitely a beast. The sound quality is crisp, installation is a breeze, and it does a lot of things automatically for you. Automatically connects you to your Bluetooth device, automatically switches to USB if you plug n your phone, automatically switches to AUX if you connect an iPod, and so forth. My only complaints about this radio is I wish it was easier to use while driving, so maybe a better navigation throughout the system but don't let that stop you from buying this.

    Pros: ease of use, sleek

    Cons: navigation

Great value for the money. Sound power is excellent. The interface is generally easy to use and the display is clear and easily read without being overly complicated. The only negative is that you only get six presets for the radio on the front interface. To access any or the others, you have to step through the menus. Fortunately, you can use the remote as an alternative.

    Pros: Bluetooth, easy install/setup

Cons: Only 1 color for display- also a bit on bright side for night time driving. Sound for streaming is muffled at times... could be station - haven't figured out why yet... Sound for hands free is very low almost inaudible - works fine using the display menu in radio.

This radio unit is working just as intended and as advertised. Works perfectly through my phone with the sound quality just perfect. Its also nice that aftermarket radios have a detachable face plate to prevent some theft as I live in an area that isn't quite the best. The menu system is also easy to use once you've learned it. Though it would be nice if the equalizer had more preset options available than just standard "high bass" or "high treble" or something. But customizing it was easy enough, so I don't fault it for that. On top of the EQ from my phone as well, so it gives out a good bass even through my factory speakers as well. All-in-all, its a pretty good unit that fit my truck just right.

Pros: Detachable face plate, easy to use menu system, easy bluetooth setup, 18 different programmable stations

Who needs Cds anymore - even mp3 cds when you can have a digital receiver like this with so many functions. Installation was a breeze with a little help from the Crutchfield guys who were very knowledgeable and helpful before and after the purchase. The thing I like the most is having a thumb drive full of my favorite music and just letting it rip. One caveat is that you can only have 255 files per folder and 255 folders. That means you can't put 1000 files in the root of a thumb drive and just plug it in. Stick them in folders though and you're good to go. The sound quality is great though, the bluetooth works perfectly as does Pandora. More important than all of that is the support you can get - it made the difference between a successful installation and a frustrating Saturday afternoon. Thanks guys!@

Easy install into my Jeep. No problems pairing the BT for phone or audio with my Samsung Galaxy Note (running Cyanogenmod 10.0.0 ROM). The unit setup is pretty simple, the display and menu options are pretty straightforward. I have a couple of minor quibbles: 1) When I plug my phone into the USB port it immediately changes the source to USB and stops Bluetooth streaming. Not such a big deal if it only happens once, but kind of a pain if the USB port comes loose from the phone. 2) I can't figure out how to get the faceplate eject button to work. I didn't install the locking screw, but maybe I forgot an installation step. I'm still working on the best location for the Bluetooth mic and will update the review when I find the best spot.

Pros: Simple setup, good feature set for the money.

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Was looking for a unit that would go beyond plugging in my phone or tablet. Even though this unit has Bluetooth, the USB Connector is much better, as this unit has a remote control, I can go through my songs, albums, or playlist with ease. No CD Drive means not skipping when you hit a bump. And, even though you have Bluetooth, no more interference from outside signals. Installation was a breeze for my vehicle. I have a 2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertible, and the instruction that were provided for install made the overall experience a snap! I soldered the harness wires together to ensure I had not loose wire, later, and covered them with shrink tubing. That was the longest part. But, when I was finished with that, it only too me 15 minutes to get the old stereo unit removed and the new one installed. The sound out of the six speakers in the car is great! Debating whether I need an amp or not. Overall, this was a fun project, and Crutchfield provided all the necessary documents and instructions so it was no big hassle.

Pros: Great Documentation by Crutchfield JVC unit I selected is exactly what I was needing, and the installation was a breeze. No more messy wires in front of the dash. No more CD's flying around the floorboard. And nor more external FM Transmitter.

Cons: Better documentation on explaning that you need to download software from JVC to scan the USB Drive so it can generate a database. Without doing that, you can't just plug your USB, or any USB, with music to the unit. You have to run that scan on the USB on your computer, first, and when you add more music to the USB stick, so that the JVC unit can play your music. It would help to provide a sheet with the URL/Interet Address to the JVC site to download that software. That would've helped.

I really like this unit. I really wanted something without a CD player, and I was concerned that I would have to pay over $300 for something like that. This unit is incredibly cheap and very capable of pushing out some impressive sounds. The one con is that I can't change the LED color from blue, it doesn't match my car interior at all and really stands out. Other than that though, it is the best upgrade from stock I have ever made. The USB port (Rated at 1A output) seems to be heating up my phone a little beyond my comfort levels, it's the same output as the official Apple charger for home, but the JVC unit seems to heat up the phone a lot more.

Pros: Great sound Nice display (Track, time+day, artist) Pandora integrated controls (Up-Vote, Down-Vote) Charges my iPhone at 1 Amp

JVC has never failed me. I have probably owned most every major manufacturer of head units and the sound quality of a JVC - right out of he box- has never failed. I was glad to spend a very little amount of money. My factory speakers sound twice as good. The only problems I am having is he menu is a little complicated. Occasionally, when I get in the car with my phone the radio will say "Talking" even though I am not using the phone bluetooth. I have to disconnect the blue tooth on m hone. This could easily be a phone issues (Android-older OS). And bluetooth music will only work if you unplug whatever is in the USB slot. A little annoying since I can't charge my phone while listening to my Ipod music.

    Pros: Price, functionality, ooks

    Cons: see review-some errors.

Very Nice HU! Nice clean look that doesnt look to cheap. Very EASY to use and controls are simple and little controller is decent but very easy to lose. But the sound i get from this head unit is great as i have paire it with (2) 6 1/2 Inch Polk Audios in the Doors and (2) 5 1/4 Inch Polk audios for the rear in my Jeep cherokee. They really power up these speakers and make them sound great. Easy install and Crutchfield sent everything i needed to make it happen. Bluetooth works great and automatically connects when i get into my Jeep. You can even control pandora by pressing the Right arrow on your controller or the face and not having to mess with phone. The BT mic is a little cheesy and you really have to place it in the correct place as close as possible or you will get complaints of sounding FAR AWAY. But for me, Digital media recievers are the way to go i have even sparked interest at work and some are talking about getting something similar to what i have. Great Product and it arrived on time. took about 30 mins to install and was very easy. Thanks Crutchfield.

Pros: Look, Sound, and Simplicity BT works great for Audio and Phone Calls Great Price

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Wow first time ever upgrading car stereo in my 1997 civic sedan and am very happy with this purchase. The biggest goal of mine was being able to use bluetooth to stream music from my iphone 5 gen and ipod touch 5th gen devices. The streaming music works flawlessly! The range is about 7 feet. I don't really use the bluetooth for phone calls but there is a microphone included, which i installed in the glove box, cord is really long so you probably install it anywhere. For those that previously couldn't get an iphone 5 working, there is an USB firmware update v300 on the JVC website. My firmware version is v200 and it still worked. Was really surprised how much the (20W RMS per channel) internal amp can power my four speakers. I also upgraded the speakers, a pair of 6x9s and 6x1/2s. I am a student on the budget and I am happy because I can put off getting a sub and amplifier until I get a decent job. Only bad thing is that it only has 2 preamp outs, so when I do upgrade I might have to upgrade head unit. Not really an expert so I could be wrong cheers.

Pros: Bluetooth streaming audio on iphone 5 USB Aux 1/8 inch EQ works nicely alot of settings to tweak Can adjust EQ "on the fly" presets quickly with remote control. Awesome price

Cons: Only 2 preamp outs would have been golden with 2 more. No CD player, but who stills uses those anyways?

Bought this as a replacement unit for my Wife's VW beetle (old unit had blown). Great to add the USB connector which frees up the 12V power supply in the car and also lets us play music through an iPod.

Pros: Great value for money, fairly simple to use

Cons: Slightly annoying demo mode when out of the box - but easily turned off!

    Great media receiver..

Purchased this unit for my girlfriend to put into her PT Cruiser. This unit is incredibly easy to use and was very easy to install. The unit automatically reads her phone via bluetooth as soon as she gets into the vehicle. She doesnt even take it out of her purse. Song titles and artists are displayed on the display for whats playing from her phone via the bluetooth streaming music. Dont even have to touch anything on the phone. Use all the controls on the head unit to flip through all your songs saved on your phone, plus connecting to PANDORA is a breeze. This is a great head unit for the price. Has alot of great features packed into it. Highly recommended.

Pros: Ease of use, packed full of features

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Excellent deal on an excellent stereo. Installation was a snap even for a total novice. Crutchfield makes it super easy with great instructions specifically printed for your vehicle. Ordering was super easy. Colt (x4041) did a great job of advising on what I needed and was very helpful. I actually bought two (one for each vehicle) of these units it was such a great deal. Bluetooth streaming from my Samsung Note II phone works great and is very elegant without a bunch of cables. I like that I can take calls with the microphone that's supplied. People have told me it's a little fuzzy sounding so you may have to experiment with placement. All in all, I am really happy with the product and support Crutchfield offered. One of the vehicles' pocket dash kit was defective and they sent another our immediately no charge and didn't ask me to send the defective one back. That is the kind of customer service and experience I am looking for in a vendor. This was my first order with Crutchfield and I look forward to doing business with them more in the future. Kudos!

Pros: Easy ordering experience, easy installation, great directions, fantastic value of products and service

Cons: Microphone may not work well for everyone's vehicle. May have to experience with placement and/or just use a Bluetooth earpiece like I do.

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This unit provides excellent value for the money. I primarily bought this unit for the built-in bluetooth feature. The bluetooth works very well. It was extremely easy to pair my phone to the unit and the unit automatically connects to my phone with no problems. I really like the ability to be able to transmit bluetooth audio from my phone to the unit. I also heavily use the front USB port to directly connect up a 32Gb flash drive that contains my entire music collection. The random play feature works great. I have been using this unit for a couple of weeks now and not once has it replayed a song from my flash drive. It somehow keeps track of what it has played and continues to bring up a new tune. Perfect!! I agree with the other reviewers that the sound produced by this unit is excellent. It has the ability to heavily customize the equalizer, so true audiophiles will love that feature, but quite frankly for me I just used the DYNAMIC preset on the equalizer and the sound suits my ear well. Lots of highs and lows, just how I like it. The value of this receiver at the price point is very good.

Pros: Feature set and sound quality at the price provides the highest value that I could find on the market. Bluetooth works great.

Cons: Can't think of any. This receiver exceeded my expectations by a large margin.

Nice unit but misses the mark on a couple of fronts

Adam N from New York on 2/28/2013

Overall I really like the unit and like JVC products overall. Sound is great and controls are reasonably easy to use. The ability to control Pandora from Android phones is a huge bonus and not usually found on any headunits in this price range. However JVC seems to have missed the mark on a few features. I would have liked to see a larger button to answer incoming calls The answer button is quite tiny. Having the front USB and aux port is great but an additional USB port and aux port in back would have been nice to allow for more flexibility. My biggest gripe though is the lack of switchable illumination as the blue does not go with most dash illumination including the red dash of my 04 Honda CRV. An option to switch to red and white should have been offered even in this low price range.

Pros: Good value Good sound Pandora control from Android via bluetooth

Cons: No switchable illumination. Stuck with blue. No rear USB or aux port.

The unit's front-panel auxiliary input can be turned On or Off.

    iPod/Android/BlackBerry Integration

iPod/iPhone Direct: The JVC KD-X250BT's front-panel USB port can acts as an iPod/iPhone high-speed direct connection when used with the dock-to-USB cable or Lightning-to-USB cable that came with your iPod/iPhone. Using either cable allows audio playback, music navigation, information display, and charging of select iPod/iPhone models from the JVC in-dash head unit. The head unit supports audio playback from music stored on your iPod/iPhone or music apps (such as iHeartRadio, SiriusXM, Last.fm, Rhapsody, & Slacker) streamed to your iPhone (not all music apps will be compatible).

    • DAC Bypass: The USB connection allows your iPod/iPhone's stored music or music apps to be loaded instantly to the head unit and sound quality to be maximized through the head unit's 24-bit D/A converter, allowing for a Signal to Noise ratio up to 80dB. The JVC head unit supports audio playback of music, podcasts, audiobooks, and music apps stored on your iPod or iPhone.
    • Music Control: You can choose to operate your iPod/iPhone through the JVC head unit's front-panel controls, from its clickwheel/touchscreen, or via a streamed app from your iPhone.
      • Head Unit Mode: From the head unit's front-panel controls you can search your iPod/iPhone's stored music by Playlist, Artist, Album, Song, Podcast, Genre, and Composer. Music content for each category is listed alphabetically. The KD-X250BT also supports Repeat (file/all) and Random (album/all) playback functions of your iPod/iPhone. • iPod Mode: You can choose to navigate your iPod or iPhone's stored music from its clickwheel or touchscreen, like you are accustomed to during normal usage. Basic playback control (such as Play/Pause, Previous/Next Track) can still be done through head unit for stored music and music apps.
      • External (App) Mode: External Mode allows you to solely navigate your connected iPod/iPhone device through its clickwheel or touchscreen. Playback of your iPod/iPhone's stored music and streamed music apps is supported. The head unit's iPod/iPhone controls will be locked.
    • iPod Display: The KD-X250BT will display your Apple device's stored music and streamed music app song/artist information, when in Head Unit and iPod mode (not in External mode), or listening to Pandora Internet Radio. The head unit can display Track number, Elapsed playing time, Artist name, Song/Artist title, and Station identification.
    • iPod Charging: The head unit's USB connection provides 1A of current to power and charge your connected iPod/iPhone when your vehicle's ignition switch is set to the 'ACC' or 'On' position. This unit does not charge the iPad. If your iPod/iPhone has no initial battery charge, then the unit will not recognize it.

JVC Smart Music Control (for Android): The free JVC Smart Music Control app for Android (OS 2.2+) from Google Play is two applications in one for the JVC KD-X250BT. It acts as a remote control via Bluetooth with gesture and voice command for the JVC head unit; plus provides an advanced music player for playback of music files stored on your Android when connected to the JVC head unit via USB.

    • Remote Control: The JVC Smart Music Control app connects and controls the JVC head unit via Bluetooth like a wireless remote control. This application can display the JVC receiver's source information on the Android smartphone's screen, and enables you to perform operations of the JVC head unit from your compatible Android device via gesture or voice command. The JVC Smart Report App lets you use finger gesture commands on your Android smartphone to control the playback of the JVC head unit. This type of gesture control is designed to operate the JVC head unit from your smartphone without having to look at your smartphone. Gesture control operations include Finger tap, Finger hold, Finger click, Finger swipe (right/left/up/down), and Finger curve (right/left/up/down). Voice command with proximity sensor automatically activates voice recognition when you hold your compatible smartphone up to your mouth, so you can speak music playback commands into the phone. Your Android smartphone must support Bluetooth SPP.
    • Music Player: By connecting the JVC digital media receiver via USB to an Android smartphone that has the JVC Smart Music Control app installed, it allows you to list and search all of the songs stored inside the smartphone from the receiver by artist name or album name. The JVC Smart Music Control app also analyzes all of your songs that are in your Android smartphone, and creates a playlist according to your mood. Once the application has completed the analysis of the songs, simply move the on-screen "mood ball" to your current mood, and this application will generate a list of songs that most fits your mood. Your compatible Android smartphone must be recognized as a USB mass storage class device; not compatible with MTP protocol.

Drive Change Mode (for BlackBerry): The JVC receiver's USB port also supports playback from BlackBerry smartphones (via USB mass storage mode). JVC's Drive Change Mode lets you connect your BlackBerry smartphone (that uses an external memory card) directly to the head unit, via USB. Drive Change Mode will let you switch between your BlackBerry smartphone's internal and external memory (such as microSD Card), so you can listen to music stored on either memory. You'll continue to be able control basic playback functions; such as folder/file search, play/pause, and skip next/previous; regardless of memory type.

    Built-in Bluetooth

Bluetooth Technology: The JVC KD-X250BT is equipped with built-in Bluetooth (version 2.1+EDR), allowing you to make and receive phone calls wirelessly through the receiver; as well as stream music wirelessly from your smartphone to the head unit. In order to use Bluetooth wireless technology, your phone must also be Bluetooth compatible and be able to interpret certain profiles. This unit is compatible with the following Bluetooth Profiles:

    • Hands-Free Communication: HFP 1.5 (Hands Free Profile), OPP 1.1 (Object Push Profile), PBAB 1.0 (Phone Book Access Profile).
    • Audio Streaming: A2DP 1.2 (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), AVRCP 1.3 (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile).
Note: Due to the differences in Bluetooth technology, some Bluetooth enabled devices may be incompatible, function improperly, or may not support all features when used with the JVC KD-X250BT. See JVC's Bluetooth compatibility chart for a complete list of compatible Bluetooth enabled devices.

Pairing: Your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone or digital audio player must be paired with KD-X250BT before hands-free & wireless operation. You can register up to five Bluetooth enabled devices with the JVC head unit. You can keep two phones connected at all times (only one can be used during a call).

Bluetooth Hands-Free Communication: The head unit supports Bluetooth hands-free communication for your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone. The controls of the KD-X250BT can be used to dial a number, answer an in-coming call, or end a call. The unit also includes an external microphone (with mounting bracket) featuring adjustable gain, so you can carry on your side of the conversation while listening to the caller through your vehicles speakers.

    • Answering A Call: When a call comes in, a ring-tone will be heard through your vehicle's speaker and the caller's name or phone number will be displayed. You can answer the call from the head unit's front-panel controls, or setup the head unit to automatically answer the incoming call immediately or after 3/5/10 seconds. The KD-X250BT also supports the Call Waiting function, so you can answer another incoming call while suspending the current call you are on. Your compatible cell-phone must also support this feature.
    • Dialing A Number: Using the KD-X250BT, you can dial a phone number in one of the following ways:
      • Entering a Phone Number: Allows you to directly dial a phone number up to 32 digits from the head unit's front-panel rotary dial.
      • Speed Dialing: You can store up to 6 contacts in the memory of this unit for speed dialing.
      • Phone Book: You can dial by using the downloaded phone book. You can download phone book data from your cell phone to the KD-X250BT. You can search through your contacts alphabetically (A-Z) or numerically (0-9). Up to 400 numbers can be stored for each registered cell phone.
      • Call Log: The Call Log is a list of calls that have originated from and were received by this unit that you can dial. You can select Outgoing, Incoming, or Missed calls (up to 50 each).
      • Voice Dialing: If your mobile phone supports voice recognition, then you can dial out by voice command. Simply speak into the included microphone.
Note: During a conversation, you can switch between the Private Mode (talking directly on your cell phone) and the Hands Free Mode.

External Microphone: The JVC KD-X250BT includes an external microphone to carry on your side of your phone conversation and voice command dialing. The external wired microphone offers improved audio quality versus an integrated microphone, so you can be heard easier over noisy traffic and road noise. You can adjust the volume level and noise cancellation of the microphone without affecting the other sources. The external microphone features an attached 12' cable terminated by a right-angle 3.5mm connector which plugs into the mic input on the rear-panel of the head unit. The microphone offers an integrated mounting bracket which can be clipped to your vehicle's sun-visor or taped to your dash. The external microphone measures 0.525" (diameter) x 1.485" (depth).

Note: This unit does not offer an integrated front-panel microphone.

SMS: If your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone is compatible with SMS (Short Message Service), the JVC head unit will notify you when a message has been received. You must then use your phone to check the message. You cannot read, edit, or send a message through this unit.

The KD-X250BT will be able to control basic playback functions of your Bluetooth device's stored music; such as Play/Pause, Skip Next/Previous, Fast Forward/Rewind and Random/Repeat. The head unit will also display your stored music's song information; such as Artist name and Song/Album title. The KD-X250BT also supports audio streaming of music apps downloaded on your smartphone with metadata display and limited control. Advanced music control of your music apps will still need be done via your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone. When an incoming call or outgoing call is in progress from your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone, audio streaming will be paused so you can take your call. Once the call is finished, your streaming music will resume.

Siri Digital Assistant Control: When paired and connected with an iPhone 4S or 5/5C/5S via Bluetooth (not USB), the JVC KD-X250BT has the ability to access Siri through its front-panel control and external microphone. Simply press and hold the "phone command" button on the KD-X250BT to engage Siri and use the included microphone to communicate with Siri. Siri's voice will heard through your vehicle's speakers. All Siri functions including hands-free calling, music search, setting reminders, text-messaging, audible navigation, and more can be done through the head unit and its microphone. The head unit will only display hands-free calling and Bluetooth audio information (all other functions of Siri are only audible through the KD-X250BT; visual data will still need to be viewed from your iPhone device).

Note: You can ask Siri to get directions to a destination and the turn-by-turn instructions will heard through your vehicle's speakers, while the on-screen map still displays on your iPhone 4S/5/5C/5S. The head unit's audio is attenuated while Siri provides audible directions.

    Audio Section

24 Bit D/A Converter: The JVC KD-X250BT utilizes a 24-bit digital to analog converter for superior sound quality.

MOSFET Amplifier: The KD-X250BT is equipped with a MOSFET amplifier. Compared to conventional power supplies, the MOSFET amplification circuit is smaller and more efficient, and it delivers increased power with less distortion and absolutely zero on/off switching noise. More power means louder and cleaner music at higher volumes because you're not pushing the limits of the amplification circuit.

CEA2006 Compliant: The power specifications for the KD-X250BT are compliant with the CEA2006 Mobile Amplifier Power Testing and Measurement standards from the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA). These standards were developed as a way to equitably compare power specs from model to model and between manufacturers. The power output specs for the KD-X250BT are as follows:

    • CEA2006 Specs: 20 watts RMS x 4 channels (at 4 ohms, 20Hz-20kHz, 1% THD-N)
    • Maximum Power Output: 50 watts x 4 channels (200 total watts)

Amplifier Gain Control: When you are using the KD-X250BT with factory speakers (or those rated to less than 50 watts peak), the Amplifier Gain Control can limit the amount of power being sent to those speakers. When the Amp Gain Control is set to "low," the volume control ranges from 0 (minimum) to 30 (maximum). When using speakers rated higher than 50 watts peak, you can set the Amp Gain Control to "high," and the volume control will range from 0 to 50.

2.5V/2CH Preamp Output: The KD-X250BT is equipped with two 2.5V preamp outputs (Rear/SW). You can set the Rear/SW preamp outputs for connecting a pair of full-range rear speakers (through an external amplifier) or for connecting a subwoofer (through an external amplifier). When set for rear speakers, the rear outputs operate with the unit's fader control. When set for subwoofer, the outputs are non-fading.

Subwoofer Controls: When the unit's Rear/SW preamp output is set to Subwoofer, you can set the cutoff frequency of the low-pass filter at 55Hz, 85Hz, or 120Hz. You can adjust the head unit's subwoofer level between -8 and +8 (separate from the main volume level).

Pro EQ: The KD-X250BT is equipped with JVC's Pro EQ. The integrated equalizer offers 7 preset sound modes (Flat, Natural, Dynamic, Vocal Boost, Bass Boost, & User) suitable for the music genre of your choice. The User mode allows you to manually adjust the head unit's 3-band parametric EQ (Frequency, Level, and Q-Factor).

    Pro EQ
    Frequency Level Q
    Bass 60, 80, 100, 200 Hz +/- 12 dB (-6 to +6) 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 2.0
    Midrange 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 kHz +/- 12 dB (-6 to +6) 0.75, 1.0, 1.25
    Treble 10.0, 12.5, 15.0, 17.5 kHz +/- 12 dB (-6 to +6) Fixed
Note: You can store Pro EQ bass, middle and treble tone settings for each source (Tuner, Aux, USB, iPod, Bluetooth, and Pandora).

Bass Boost: The unit's Bass Boost enhances low bass frequencies.

Loud (Loudness): This feature boosts low and high frequencies to produce a well-balanced sound at a low volume level. You can set this feature to High, Low, or Off.

Volume Adjust: The input level of each source (other than FM) is adjustable relative to the FM radio volume, so there isn't a significant volume difference when changing sources. Each source is individually adjustable from -5 to +5.

Key Beep: The in-dash head unit provides an audible beep to confirm button operation. This function can be turned On or Off.

    Display Features

Detachable Face: The JVC KD-X250BT features a detachable face to deter theft (no face case is provided). An optional soft face case (142DFC1X, sold separately) can be purchased for this unit. A face-fixing screw is supplied for making the face non-detachable, if desired.

LCD: The head unit features a 14-segment, one-line LCD with adjustable brightness and dimmer settings.

Brightness: The unit offers an adjustable display/button illumination brightness level (0-31) for day and nighttime driving.

Display/Button Illumination Dimmer: The display/button illumination dimmer can be set to Off (normal brightness at all times), On (display/button illumination is always dimmed), or Auto (display dims when 12-volts is applied to the orange/white illumination lead).

Mounting Angle: For proper operation, you must install the unit within 30-degrees of horizontal.

    Remote Control

Wireless Remote Control: The KD-X250BT comes supplied with a wireless remote control (RM-RK52). The remote contains Attenuator, Sound, Source, Tracking, and Volume functions. The remote operates off of a single CR2025 3V Lithium-cell battery (included).

Steering Wheel Remote Compatibility: The head unit features an OEM steering wheel remote control input wire (blue/yellow) within the included wiring harness that lets you keep your vehicle's factory radio steering wheel remote controls when used with an optional steering wheel audio control adapter (sold separately). They will be able to pull up your vehicle and give you the details on what you will need for an installation in your vehicle. [ Jeff  Jan 02, 2014 ]  Staff
This will depend largely on the speakers you have. For details on what you will need for your system please contact an Advisor by phone or online chat. [ Jeff  Dec 31, 2013 ]  Staff
Full Pandora control when attached to usb. Seems to work better with Apple devices vs Android I own both. I like this unit except getting to audio controls takes awhile. Need to long press menu and scroll thru clunky menu [ STEPHEN C  Dec 31, 2013 ]
Yes you can fully control Pandora from the receiver unit itself. no need to touch your phone. [ WILLIAM  Dec 30, 2013 ]
I have found that thumbs up and down does not work on the radio. As far as changing songs it works perfect. [ TODD  Dec 29, 2013 ]
Sorry, not sre about that one. Don't use it that way. [ DANNY  Dec 29, 2013 ]
I just ran out to my truck and checked. Here's what I found. There are two ways to play Pandora from an Android phone with this stereo. Both ways require you connect your phone to the radio via Bluetooth. The first way is to use the Bluetooth audio input. This allows you to play Pandora from your Android phone through your stereo. It also will display the song info and you can skip songs using the normal skip button (to the left of the volume dial). However, with this method you must hit the thumb's up and thumbs down on your phone. The second option is to use the Pandora input itself. When you do that the Pandora interface on your phone shuts off and you can control it using the stereo buttons. Text is still displayed and you can use the thumbs up and down buttons the stereo. Hope this helps! [ COURTNEY E  Dec 29, 2013 ]
yes it does it displays to the day of the week and the time [ MATTHEW T  Dec 27, 2013 ]
YES, IT DEPENDS ON THE DISPLAY SETTING YOU CHOOSE BUT YES, IF YOU WANT IT TO IT WILL DISPLAY THE TIME AND IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY (WIFE'S CAR) I THINK IT DISPLAYS THE DATE AS WELL. [ GHAISON  Dec 26, 2013 ]
Yes it can display the time if you desire. [ DIANE M  Dec 26, 2013 ]
    Yes it does. [ DAVID  Dec 26, 2013 ]
This receiver does have a set of pre-amp outputs for connecting to an external amplifier. However, the install accessories are not included with this receiver. Please reach out to an Advisor by phone or chat to discuss the cost of the install accessories and make sure this is the best receiver for your system. [ Jeff  Dec 02, 2013 ]  Staff
I bought the unit for my son who is away in college. I have not been able to install the unit yet. [ JOHN  Nov 19, 2013 ]
I'm really not sure, I have not even tried streaming a pnadora program through my wifes I phone yet. I mostly play MP3s through a USB thumb drive. Great sound and I would really think you could do this. I'd check with JVC. [ DANNY  Nov 18, 2013 ]
I bought this for my daughter's car and she has no problem linking via either the Bluetooth or auxilliary input with her Iphone. It also recognizes my wife's Nokia Lumia 521. Good luck. [ One Of Each Please  Nov 18, 2013 ]
I stream via bluetooth on my s3. I would think you would be able to as well. I've never tried aux jack. [ CASEY  Nov 18, 2013 ]
well yes you can because i have the same model phone you have my friend [ MARVIN L  Nov 18, 2013 ]
Yes, The Aux jack will work with any input with a 3.5mm jack. If your phone supports bluetooth audio output, that will also work. [ WILLIAM  Nov 18, 2013 ]
I do not have that type of phone. But I am assuming since blutooth is a standard it shoudl play audio from that device on the JVC. I have used Samsung and the IPOD/IPAD via bluetooth, no issues. Aux jack, if you mean the audio input that is on the front, that should work for any device. [ NADIM  Nov 18, 2013 ]
You can definitely use the aux jack to stream music. And you should be able to do it via Bluetooth we well so long as your phone supports it. [ COURTNEY E  Nov 18, 2013 ]
You can stream any audio via BT on this unit, however you will not be able to control the app from the unit. It is merely a go between for the audio portion only between the phone and the speakers. I am unsure about a USB cable however, but I would assume you would have full functionality through the cable. It's a nice head unit, I put it into my wife's 99 Dodge Ram accompanied with an Audio Source amp and some Kicker 6X9's. It'll blow you out of the truck if you're not careful :-) [ DRAKE  Nov 18, 2013 ]
If you click details on the specifications page for this particular receiver, click details and navigate about 1/3 of the page down it will show you a chart on ipod/iphone compatibility features. From what I can tell, the Pandora App, Bluetooth Phone/Siri, and Video display are not compatible. Althought bluetooth audio is compatible. [ JUSTIN  Nov 22, 2013 ]
    Rich I just don't know [ timothy  Nov 18, 2013 ]
Rich. I don't know. I do not have a 7th generation Nano. Does it have Bluetooth? My wife connects her iPhone 4S and it connects fine using Bluetooth or her Apple cable via the USB port in front of the radio. When using the cable the phone maintains all functions. Music streaming seems to take longer than what I am used to when using Bluetooth. When it does, it works well enough. My assumption is that if the Nano has Bluetooth connectivity it uses the same type of Bluetooth connection system so it probably works ok. Crutchfield is good about returns so if the radio does not work the way you want I assume you can return it. Ask a representative to make sure. [ TONI  Nov 18, 2013 ]
