The Polk/MOMO MM2154D 15" subwoofer features a polypropylene concave "dish" cone, metalized for maximum rigidity. A huge, high-roll butyl rubber surround controls longer cone excursion for high-impact bass with lower distortion. State-of-the-art laser technology centers the voice coil perfectly in the motor structure's magnetic field for optimized performance.
These high-impact subs feature a triple venting system for maximum air flow, power handling, and reliability. Gaskets on the front and the back of the basket insure an airtight installation. This subwoofer is designed for use in a small, sealed enclosure.
Don't limit yourself to only using these subs in your car — they've passed tough environmental testing that certifies them for marine use as well.
