Big boom, small package

Very impressed with this little sub. I use this in a mid size family room for everyday use watching TV and movies with ocasional music. I have this sub paired up with the Polk RM85 speaker system and a Denon 1609. What a perfect combination of style and sound. I love the small size that does not look bulky or out of place. Fits in good with the clean and compact size of my entertainment stand and TV. The sound is full and deep.

I like this product in that it adds a "theater" feel to my entertainment system. The price and performance are good. I am pleased with the purchase.

It's a very good sounding sub...nice tight sound for music or HT. If you need a small sub, it's a great choice.
If you have a huge room and like bass that shakes the house, you may want something larger, but I'm very happy with it.

This works great in
my small HT, blends
well with other Polk
speakers, has very
good upper range and
sufficient lower
extension. Not
'bombastic' at all,
would also likely
work well in 2.1
music system. As a
point of reference,
my HT occupies about
½ of a 16' x 24'
room so is
essentially a small
installation, about
16' x 14' with sound
quality versus
quantity as the
guiding priority.
Great purchase,
recommended for any
small system.

What more can you ask for?

I've got this hooked to my Onkyo 605, Mirage Unitheater, and Mirage Omnican 6. This does a great job filling in what the Mirage misses and I've only got it about 75% on the gain. The sub is placed inside a cabinet and I sit 13ft away from it and it still sound GREAT! The lows are clear and the speaker feels like it's well made. The room is large (24x28) filled with a mix of carpet, cabinets, sofas, and windows and the system works very well, and this sub ties it all together.
