Already got an Infinity BassLink II powered sub? Expand its capabilities with the Basslink 4sc module. Just slide this amplifier board into the expansion slot on the BassLink II and you've added a 4-channel amplifier to your powered subwoofer.

Once the board is installed, your expanded BassLink II sends 35 watts to each of your vehicle's front and rear speakers, in addition to the 250 watts already powering its internal 10" square sub. It maximizes the performance of your front and rear speakers by using a high-pass filter to keep the bass with the subwoofer where it belongs.

As an added bonus the BassLink 4sc can create a phantom center channel. It sharpens and improves the stereo image of your music without adding an extra speaker. The wired remote control included with your BassLink II powered sub lets you adjust the phantom center channel settings from the driver's seat.

Features

Overview: The BassLink 4sc amplifier module is used to expanded a BassLink II powered subwoofer so it can power an entire vehicle audio system. The BassLink 4sc docks inside the BassLink II and shares common power and audio connections, allowing you to add the module and simply run new speaker wire to the front and rear speakers. The BassLink 4sc also comes equipped with Infinity's phantom center channel control which allows you to optimize the center image for your specific front speaker layout. An audio setup disc is included to guide you to the best center setting.

Installation: A panel covers the amplifier dock on the BassLink II subwoofer. Two wiring harnesses (power and signal) are attached to the back of the cover panel. Once you remove the panel and detach the two harnesses, plug them into the BassLink 4sc amplifier, slide the amp into the dock, and bolt it in place. Next, run speaker wire to your front and rear speakers.

Phantom Center Channel: There are three levels of phantom center channel processing, or it can be turned off. A setup CD is included which helps you choose which level works best in your car. Without making any adjustments, voice and music samples are played using each of the three processing levels to give you an A/B/C type comparison.

Crossover: An 80 Hz, 12 dB/octave high-pass crossover is applied to the front and rear outputs.
