You crave high-performance bass, but you don't want to use all of your available cargo space to get it. The master designers at Infinity put the same state-of-the-art technology that distinguishes Infinity speakers into the BassLink amplified subwoofer, so although it takes up just one cubic foot of trunk space, it'll produce resounding bass in any vehicle.

The BassLink brings together a 10" subwoofer, a 10" passive radiator (to increase efficiency and limit distortion), and an extremely efficient, specially designed 200-watt Class D amplifier that work as an integrated system. Special circuitry monitors voice coil position to maintain linearity at high power levels, so you hear loud, clear bass.

An array of controls will enable you to tweak your bass until it has just the thump you want. For optimum system blending, the low-pass filter is variable between 50-120 Hz (12 dB per octave), and a phase switch (0- or 180-degrees) is included. Adjust low bass impact with the bass EQ feature (-6 dB to +3 dB at 40 Hz). And you'll be able to put BassLink in a variety of in-vehicle locations, thanks to brackets that enable the rigid polymer box to be mounted vertically or horizontally. A wired remote with 16-foot cable allows you to adjust your BassLink's volume from your dash.

Who needs a powered subwoofer?

To produce bass, you need a sub, an enclosure, and an amplifier, and it can be little tricky to match them all up. A powered sub eliminates all the hassle, as the manufacturer designs the enclosure to house the sub and amp together. This all-in-one solution is especially useful in smaller vehicles, where there's no room to mount a separate amp, or in any vehicle where you need every bit of cargo space. Powered subs range from small, flat boxes that fit under your seat to larger boxes that go in your trunk.

Infinity Bass Link?

Written By Dave, Arizona on Saturday, May 16, 2015

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I cant believe Crutchfield is still endorsing this product. I went through 3 of these units, Stupidly in less than one year. They don't last and there is no support from the king of speakers Infinity. Don't waste your money, they don't last more than 6 months.

Pros: Good sound for a short time.

Cons: Delicate and no Infinity service support.......

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I absolutely loved this sub when I first bought it. The bass was strong enough to shake my rear view mirror but not so much as to cause rattling in my Civic Coupe. I had no complaints until it suddenly stopped working about a week ago.

Pros: Great bass for size

Cons: Lasted only 5 Months!

Nice quality sound

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This bass link is clean. Construction Is sturdy. The connections are easy to get to. The sound quality is very nice. I hooked this sub up in the trunk of my mustang convertible. I was just looking to add a little bump to the stock system but I got way more than I expected. This 10 inch sub won't rattle your neighbors windows but it will rattle yours. I like that it is very adjustable to The sound you want.

Pros: Easy hook up clean look Quality sound nice deep and punchy bass

Cons: A little bulky, but what sub isnt.

Infinity Basslink FTW

Written By Angel, Key West, FL on Tuesday, April 28, 2015

I probably have one of the oldest models of this sub and it's still working. Bought my Basslink towards the end of 05, yes that's right the year 2005. Since then this sub has been installed into three different vehicles that I've owned. A 00 Toyota Celica, 04 Toyota Tacoma and my current 2009 Toyota Tacoma. This isn't your breaking windows sub but it does well in adding some much needed bass and works great when paired with a decent head unit. It's easy to set up and tune with the knobs located on the sub. I've only recently replaced it due to the fact that I've had to sacrifice a seat in my truck for its placement. Had that not been an issue it would still be there booming along.

Pros: Easy setup and great for anyone not trying to figure out sub/amp combinations. Has enough bass to fill out your gaps in the low end.

Cons: honeslty can't think of any cons. I've have zero issues with this sub in the 10 years I've owned it.

Read the reviews and some people have problems... This was what I wanted for my system.. Just hope I got a good one. Mounted this under the back seat of my van.. And with the 4 kicker speakers this thing rocks.. Sounds way better than I thought it. Would.. Just hope it lasts.

Pros: Easy to mount.. Sounds grear

Cons: Some people have bad ones

Sounds great until....

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Bought this for my truck hoping to keep things simple. When it was working it was awesome. The unit wasn't firing off earth shattering bass but perfect inside the vehicle cab. After about 6 months it developed a loud pop/thump which sounds a lot like the vehicle hitting something. Very shocking the first time it happens! The popping and cut outs continued until it stopped working altogether. All connections are good but the unit failed to function even though it had power. Impossible to get repaired anywhere. The only real option in terms of revival is you go it alone and hope you can fix what the factory messed up. The odds are against you since obviously it wasn't designed to last for very long.

Avoid this and get something else.

Pros: Very compact for a full 10" sub/amp combo. Excellent bass when centralized in the vehicle.

Cons: Laughably unreliable.

Inifinity basslink

Written By Jeep, Colorado on Thursday, January 22, 2015

Didn't want to rattle the windows and back out sheet metal screws, just wanted to augment the low end. Worked like a champ.

Pros: Size, brand, I've always liked Infinity speakers. Ease of hook up.

Cons: Adjusting knobs for gain, boost and cross over are a little small and you can't easily see where it is set.
