About the JBL OnBeat Xtreme
Unique style, outstanding sound
Unique style, outstanding sound
The distinctive X shape of the base is your first indication that it's no ordinary iPod speaker. And as soon as you hear the OnBeat Xtreme in action, you'll know that looks are only part of the story.
Two high-performance tweeters produce clean, clear highs, while JBL's Hercules woofers live up to their name and give you brawny midrange and bass. All four speakers are regulated by a computer-optimized digital signal processor, ensuring accurate and natural sound reproduction. And it all comes at you with 120 watts of power, giving you room-filling sound and then some.
Bluetooth for wireless variety
Wirelessly stream music from virtually any Bluetooth-enabled smartphone, PDA, tablet or computer and get great sound. The OnAir Xtreme uses Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) for less distortion and more accurate and detailed sound from your player.
And remember: you can enjoy more than just the music stored on your device. Get the full impact of the movie you're watching on your tablet, or hear all the sound effects in the game you're playing on your smartphone. Listen to your favorite Internet radio station or music service. If you can hear it on your device, you can hear it better through the OnBeat Xtreme.
Convenient phone conversations
Is that a call coming in on your smartphone? No problem the OnBeat Xtreme has a built-in microphone so you can carry on conversations through the system while your Bluetooth phone stays docked.
Flexible docking options
Whether you have an iPod nano®, iPod classic, an iPhone, or an iPad, the OnBeat Xtreme can handle it. And the cradle rotates to hold your player in either a vertical or horizontal position. The system comes with a detachable adapter for an iPad, and holds your tablet securely.
