Proper sound from the proper fit

Naturally, you'll get more detailed sound from the Synchros headphones than those stock earbuds can offer. Plus, JBL's PureBass technology ensures you aren't left wondering what happened to all the low frequencies. Want to improve the sound quality of these headphones? Make sure they fit properly in your ear by experimenting with the included assortment of silicone and foam ear tips. A proper fit ensures a tight seal, which means more detail, better bass response, and less external noise getting through.

I'm an audiophile kind of listener. I will turn off a system if I don't appreciate the sound quality. I was expecting something with more clarity, bass, and precision for ear plugs that go for close to $80.00. I wonder if a cheap set at a discount retailer might sound similar or even better? I'm a bit disappointed. I've used Bose ear phones in the past and recognize the different in quality, clarity, and close to life-like. I can't recommend this set to anyone right now.

Pros: They work?

Cons: Not enough volume or depth without pumping up the level drastically, a bit uncomfortable (they feel as if they're about to fall out at any moment), the treble and mid-range is almost missing, and the bass? I'm not overly happy with this product.

Customer Q&A

1 question already asked

I forwarded your question to an Advisor and they responded with the following: It looks like right now the only phones they list for compatibility with playback control, volume control, and microphone are the Samsung, Sony Xperia, and Nokia Lumia. I don't see anything about the Motorola phones, so it does not look like that has been researched. If you would like to discuss further you can contact an Advisor directly by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat. [ Krissy  Jan 25, 2015 ]  Staff
