Do your ears a favor — upgrade those 'buds

Whenever we see folks on the street listening to the earbuds that came with their smartphone, we always think, "You don't know what you're missing." Try a pair of the JBL Synchros S200a headphones and hear what a difference they can make. You'll get more detail in the high and midrange frequencies. Plus, JBL's PureBass technology delivers low frequencies with clarity and impact.

The little things can make a big difference

The Synchros S200a's earpieces have a couple of advantages over most stock earbuds. Their angled earpieces are designed to direct your music into your ear canal more effectively than once-size-fits-all earbuds. Plus, they come with an assortment of silicone and foam ear tips. The right pair should create a tight seal to deliver sound with more detail and better bass response. It will also ensure less external noise creeps in.

Universal remote and microphone

The JBL Synchros S200a are a smart upgrade for just about any smartphone. They feature an in-line remote control with a built-in microphone that's compatible with the iPhone® as well as Android™ and Windows® devices. So even if you change smartphones, you don't have to buy new headphones.

As a overall product, they are good, but not great. I purchased these as an everyday pair to take to work and just have on hand. My primary, and still favorite pair are 3x the price.

Pros: Great clear sound quality. They provide a decent amount of sound cancelation. Sold is evenly matched for a good listen experience.

Cons: A complete lack of low end punch. The driver is undersized for what they are advertised as.

the really cool looking design is what first caught my eye but I was really impressed with the sound qualiity and how well built these are. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a set of in ear heaphones

Pros: excellent build, sound, and design qualiy

Cons: I personally need a slightly smaller set of earbuds to fit me better. This in no way detacts from the quality of these headphones

Good, highly recommended. I would like to see a lil more functionality as far as the buttons, maybe some different tips too. Sound quality is awesome, great bass too. The cord and overall construction is durable and lightweight.

Pros: Built durable, the cord and connector feels great, has good bass while not skimping in mids and highs at all. Has a great overall bakanced sound. They also look awsome.

Cons: Buttons don't do that many functions on my droid RAZR maxx HD, the 10mm drivers have great bass and response, but makes them a lil less sensitive, thus a fuzz quiter than some other ear buds but they are plenty loud enough. The 3 pairs rubber tips wouldn't fit my ears hardly but the extra memory foam tips included did.
