A must have for a one cord Solution. Charges phone, plays music, and let's you use videos and apps from your iphone. Flawless
Pros: One cord!!!
I really enjoy using this product it makes using my iPod a breeze.
Pros: Works great
Cons: Too thick if anything
Works great. Sound is more clear than Bluetooth connection.
Product does exactly as described. A little bulky.
Pros: Mac unit for under $100 on my ken wood ddx719.
Cons: Cable is bulky and 3.5mm jack is a little short.
The product works great, seems to be constructed very well. Only issue is that for my car (2007 subaru impreza) the cord is a bit long and can get in the way if its just plugged in and no cable management is used, especially troublesome for a manual transmission.
Definite must have for on screen control of your ipod.
This accessory is a must have for any Kenwood DVD system. Thank you Crutchfield for being an authorized dealer.

I got this cable so I could look at the screen on the stereo and see what the I-pod is playing. [ Dale Dec 05, 2015 ]
depends on the Kenwood unit. If I were to buy another one I would but a head unit with mirroring capabilities [ NEIL Jan 15, 2016 ]
It depends on if it's an older head unit. The older units like mine were developed to receive an analog signal from the I phone 4. The I phone 5 and up transmit and digital signal. The head unit must be able to receive digital input to play video. [ DOYLE R Jan 15, 2016 ]
I forwarded your question to an Advisor and they responded with the following: Most stereos will work will be able to do audio playback with the Lightning to USB cable that comes with your iPhone 5c. We would have to know the model to make sure this is the case. If you would like to discuss further you can contact an Advisor directly by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat.
