Why replace your car's original speakers?

The speakers that originally came in your car were made from inexpensive materials, designed to create acceptable sound at the lowest possible cost to the manufacturer. If you love music, you deserve better. Name-brand aftermarket speakers deliver fuller, richer sound with considerably more detail and nuance, and they're capable of playing louder and cleaner than factory speakers. Connect new speakers to your factory radio and you'll get the best possible sound from your dealer-equipped system. Pair them up with a new car stereo for a level of enjoyment that can rival a high-fidelity home audio experience.

Right into my 96 Jeep Cherokee Sound Bar

Written by: Jim M. from Canonsburg, Pennsylvania on June 7, 2015

I wanted a good speaker BUT not one that would be wasted in the shallow Sound Bar on my Jeep Cherokee. Driving to work Friday, I noted the cracking and put it on the weekend list. Hardest part was removing the old speakers. These went right in.

Pros: Great sound for the money (and poor location that I have to work with. Speakers went right in.

Cons: Connector wire supplied with the speakers COULD have been a little heavier. I had to redo the wire connector I was using several times do the the thin wire gauge . Not a real issue, but thought I'd mention it to anyone installing...take your time and don't go crazy stripping the light gauge wire supplied.

Great product

Since putting in these in my rear doors, I noticed a significant improvement in higher frequencies. The sound sounds layered and vocals pop out in a good way. I have already recommended these to my friends. Great bang for your buck.

These speakers are decent. They have pretty good tweeters but bass is non existent. Not even a like thump, but Highs and some mid is great.

Pros: Highs, Easy install

Cons: No bass

Very Nice for the Price

Written by: Jules from Manchester, NH on January 15, 2013

I installed these in my front two doors of my 2012 Mazda 3. I'm glad to say they are delightful. Honestly, I thought I wouldn't hear the difference between theses and my old ones, but they really do make a difference. The sound clarity is very nice, and it does provide better highs and lows than the old speakers. I couldn't have been any more surprised than I was.

Regarding the install, it was very simple. Crutchfield was was very helpful with giving me the instruction packet and providing the bracket I needed. All you have to do to make this install easy is to follow the instructions! Overall, it took under an hour.

If you are looking for some great, reliable, and cheap-ish speakers, look no further.

Pros: Clarity, Price, Reliability, Ease of installation

Cons: None
