these little things can take some power. i pushed them to their RMS limit just to hear what they sounded like. the midbass sounds really good and the tweeters fill (crystal clear) my whole ride. i recommend these to anyone looking for that perfect 6.5" or 6.75 that's capable of keeping up with high powered subwoofers. i have these hooked up with my Kenwood KFC-6960ie 6x9's (75 RMS, 300 Max) on a Kenwood KAC-8452 amp (70 x 4 RMS). i recently added some Kenwood KFC-T207 tweeters (65 RMS, 280 Max).
