Monster HTFS 1000 PowerCenter Flat-panel video line conditioner/surge suppressor

Your high-definition flat-panel display represents a significant investment. Monster Power's® High Definition Video HTFS 1000 PowerCenter™ protects your plasma or LCD display from harmful spikes and surges, while conditioning the power coming into your gear for optimal performance!

Your flat-panel's first line of defense, the HTFS 1000 has a whopping 3145 joules of Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) protection. It uses Monster's Tri-Mode Plus™ protection circuitry that, when hit by a large surge, immediately disconnects everything attached to it to prevent serious damage. At the same time, dual indicators light up and an audible alarm sounds to let you know the PowerCenter™ has protected your system.

AC power noise can affect high-definition flat-panel displays more than regular televisions. The HTFS 1000's Clean Power™ high-definition video filtering helps eliminate EMF and RFI noise from your AC power both going into and coming out of your flat-panel display, giving you a better picture.

The PowerCenter is thin enough to be easily installed behind most wall-mounted flat-panel displays. Its extra-long 8-foot, heavy-duty cord features a flat, right-angle plug that won't get in the way of furniture, and 24k gold contacts for maximum power transfer. You also get a detachable diagnostic control panel that mounts just about anywhere, so you can conveniently monitor your system's status.
