Monster MusicConnect

Overview

Our take on the Monster MusicConnect™

Use this cable from Monster to connect your iPod®, iPhone®, or even your laptop computer to your home audio system — and enjoy clear sound with your digital music collection. High-quality construction minimizes electronic noise, while a tough-yet-flexible jacket resists abrasion and wear. This cable's shortened RCA plugs are designed to fit the cramped spaces behind your audio components, and its 24k gold connectors ensure snug connections and efficient signal transfer.

Great connector cables! Would recommend. Great price and does what it should.

Old and new technologies merge beautifully

Pittsburgh Dave from Pittsburgh, PA on 11/3/2013

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I have a Bose Acoustic Wave radio/CD player I purchased in 1994 if I remember correctly. One of the first models. I listen to it in my basement gym. My workout partner has an iPhone w/all of his downloads but the sound was just okay and not very conducive to exercise. I didn't want to buy an iPhone specific system since I have a very high end system for the rest of the house, so I called Crutchfield and was directed to try the Monster MusicConnect. Works perfectly. The Bose fills the basement gym with a virtually infinite range of music streamed through Craig's iPhone.

Pros: Inexpensive solution to a potentially pricey fix.

Cons: Not one con

Roy K. from Rolfe, IA on 7/22/2011

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Just excellent quality. The end with the RCA phono plugs has a big knob at the "Y." In my case this cable was used for the audio connection made from the back side of a Motorola HD cable box to the HDMI TV input (paired up with a DVI to HDMI adapter cable -- my box has a DVI jack output). Well, with that big knob, things can get a little crowded back there...just a mention in case that is an issue.

Im pretty sure i got a dud. it keeps shorting at the connection area of my iPhone/iPod. If I try to change songs or touch my iPhone/iPod, the shorting gets worse. Called and got a new one sent. Monster has great products, so hopefully I wont have a problem w the replacement. Crutchfield gets 5 STARS for hassle free returns!

This product is great. I have absolutely no complaints. I bought this so I could use my mp3 player in my truck. I also had to buy an auxiliary input adapter model: Pioneer CDRB10.

Very good quality

koverbay from Kingsport, TN on 2/2/2010

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This cable is a heavy-duty, high quality item. The only suggestion I would make for improving it would be to offer an identical cable with a 90 degree angle on the mini RCA side to get the cable out of the way a little better when used with a Sirius receiver.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I needed this for a long time. The sound is great with the exception of a small volume issue. I need to have the volume on the Walkman almost at Max so I don't have to go nuts with the stereo volume. But other than that, great product.

WOW!!! Perfect Item

Richard from Columbus, GA on 3/20/2009

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I was thinking of buying a New surround system reciever that was Ipod capable. But they were really expensive. I had a brilliant idea to just use an audio cable to hook my Ipod to my current 500 watt Surround Sound System, and found this cable. It works Great. Provides great Bass, with great mid and low range sounds. It works so well that I would pay more for it than I did. This is a great value product for the money.
